Chris Reece and his crew were AH-MAZING! He and Jose inspected our roof and helped us make the claim with our insurance company. They came out multiple times to meet with insurance inspectors. Our roof is WONDERFUL and stands out, increasing our curb appeal! The job was done quickly and beautifully. Our thanks to Chris and Jose! When the roof started dripping I was in a panic. Buckets in the attic and a call to my insurance. Jose was in the neighborhood I had him take a look at it with the insurance claims rep. Full replacement. Jose has been a pleasure to work with. Insurance company, not so much.

Dylan came out to give me an estimate for the roof leak repair which I needed and out of the 3 estimators I had come to my house, he was the ONLY one who went up on the roof to search for the leak. He found it the exact spot of the leak and made the necessary repairs. In addition, he informed me that some of the repairs that the other estimates included were unnecessary. He fixed my roof leak and worked with me to accommodate my requests. As luck would have it, within a couple of weeks, a new roof leak occurred in a different place and Dylan promptly came out to repair it as well. What an excellent and professional job he and his crew did. He's now my roofer!

I received three responses within one day. The contractor I selected did the job the same day employed. Very courteous and explained what he did. Very happy.

We had one of StormRoof Systems sales people, Toby H, come out to look at our roof after a bad storm. Toby did a full inspection of our roof and found some hail damage. Toby gave us a reasonable quote, told us the step by step process in handling our insurance company claim, he handled all the paperwork and he set the appointment for the installation . Due to a recent hail storm, I called my insurance to fix my roof due to storm damage. I called StormROOF to get a quote and Toby came out. After dealing with my insurance company, which was a headache. Toby made the whole process a headache relief. He was able to speed up the process with the insurance and actually recommended that i completely replace my roof because there was more damage underneath. I am so grateful to Toby and StormROOF for the ease of fixing the damage and having peace of mind. They were quick with removal and installation of the roof. I can not say enough about StormROOF Systems or their representative Dylan Peeples. My roof had sustained wind damage from the storms moving through the Carrollton, GA area and if that was not bad enough my home had the discontinued Atlas Chalet shingles (to learn more about this shingle search the web). Before contacting StormROOF Systems, I had previously met with and spoken to four roofers unsuccessfully. So you can imagine when I spoke and met with StormROOF Systems representative, Mr. Peeples, to request a roof inspection I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to find him knowledgeable, open, polite, and willing to work with my insurance company. Finally success! Throughout the roof inspection and replacement process, Mr. Peeples consistently communicated each step making the entire process pain free. It is rare nowadays to find someone that does what they say they will do and I very much respect his professionalism. In less than five days after receiving a decision from my insurance company, my new roof was installed. In one day, the roofing crew removed and replaced the roof.
