From the beginning of my roof replacement process Tre has been phenomenal. He was and remained incredibly responsive during the whole process. Tre worked my insurance company on my behalf, which was no easy feat. He took complete ownership to ensure my insurance company had all the information they needed, he even submitted the claim for me. And when it was time for the roof replacement, the crew showed up in the morning and had it completed by 2pm. They did a wonderful job. The Project Manager Jason was extremely helpful throughout the process as well. There were issues with the manufacturer and the color of replacement shingles needed, he provided advice and support in determining the best solution. On the day of the replacement the PM and Tre were both onsite, ensuring the work was completed as we discussed. Overall it was a great experience and I am so grateful for Tre helping me through this process. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

They were on time for both the inspection and repair of our roof. They were polite, honest and showed us pictures of their work as it was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed either a total roof repair or to remove a satellite dish with wood rot. You wonâ t be disappointed with their work. They were great!

Vinyl siding was blown away & they fixed it to perfection. Had leak around fireplace & they were able to repair it completely. They were Professional & able to do the job quickly. I will use this company from now on when I have a problem .

I highly recommend StormROOF Systems for your home roof repair or replacement. I called five companies for estimates after a hail and wind storm. Three companies said they couldn't send anyone for an estimate for 3-5 days. One company didn't even call back until 3 days later. However, Chris Reece, with StormROOF Systems, came out that same day. He inspected my roof, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I asked him to check my neighbors home that was affected as well which he promptly did to their satisfaction. After much research, I hired Chris and his team and am very pleased with the result. Chris remained in contact with me and my insurance company making this process very easy. They arrived on time and did what they said they were going to do. Able to repair the leak

Mickel did a great job repairing some of the shingles on my roof. He was really nice and he worked hard as well. I would call him again for any other repairs or installations.

StormROOF Systems is one of the most responsive and professional companies I have dealt with. Toby called almost immediately after I requested information and completed an inspection the next morning. He made the claims process with insurance a breeze. My new roof was just installed Friday and is beautiful. Tony oversaw the install and made sure it was a smooth process. I definitely recommend them!

Professional and Workable Jason Peeples was a great associate to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Me, not knowing much about the process, Jason was able to walk me through the steps with my insurance agent to get the job done. Quick service with not that much interruption through the day. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for all your roofing needs.

Did not show up on the day scheduled, and did not let me know that they only take cash or check. Had to make check out to an employee, not to comfortable with their ethics. I never received a written quote or a receipt.

Chris Reece with StormRoof was by far the best roofer that came by after a hail storm. Professional and up front about the entire project vs the other roofers. This was pain free for me and got a better quality roof than I had prior. Made the insurance process easy as he handled everything.
