Arrived on time, went about his business and did what we needed. Very friendly and professional. Would use again.

The tech spent about an hour testing/cleaning the Air and Heat. He also installed a new filter. This is the second time Snappy came out to inspect the HVAC. I would recommend their services as I am very satisfied.

Was available and arrived on time. Discovered that the blower had burned out, but was under warranty. Ordered replacement (which took 3 days to arrive as this was a Friday). Promptly replaced unit when it arrived. Service person was very polite, and professional. I did end up buying a service contract as that eliminated (or offset) some visit charges.

Quality of work was top-notch, but pricey. The technicians are very professional and they have a simple pricing system. When we had an issue for another item we had installed, their service was very prompt to get the issue resolved and the technician helpful.

Called Snappy to check out an A/C system that was not cooling. The technician stated that the A/C was completly drained of freon and needed 4 pounds. Since this was a recently purchased home and we had not had the A/C serviced, I believed him. He filled the A/C unit which promptly leaked all the freon out the next day! I called and the owner gave me a maintenance contract for my three A/C units for no charge. Even though I had to eventually get the A/C unit replaced due to the large leak, Snappy did make good on the money I spent for the freon.

The technician was nice and punctual......perhaps not the most talkative though. He didn't seem that interested in selling me any business. We also had to pay a service call fee of $29.95 which will be applied to any future service we use.

Their service turned out fine. I liked that they completed the work they started and I have not had any problems since. They were on time and professional. They also completed the work in a timely fashion.

It was a fine experience. They were prompt and courteous. They did have to come back and fix the shower valve because they did not cut it short enough the first time. They did come back quickly to fix it.

Everything turned out fine. I have used them a few times. I like that they are dependable. The quality of their work is great.

Everything went fine. The person was very experienced and had been doing this type of work for over ten years. When he took out the old ceiling fan he noticed the junction box in the ceiling had the wrong screws in it, so he went and got the correct screws so he could properly install the new fan over the junction box. He was running late because he was stuck on the other side of town, he called to tell me this and stayed late to make sure I got the time I paid for.

This was my first time working with them but I purchased an annual service contract with them. The technician was very pleasant.

I called and 3 hrs later a Plummer came out check things out and 1 hr later the service was completed. Service was quick, efficient and very professional. I'm very happy.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I just paid the price of the Big Deal. They're excellent. They knew what they were doing and they have just good competent service. I would recommend them again. I thought they were very reasonable.

Do not procure any Angies list cupon prior to receiving a budgetary from the contractor. It is a scam. Suggestion: Angies List should remove all none returnable cupons from its site.

The plumber quoted me triple the standard price of changing out the garbage disposal. He then gave me a quote of $150 to change the flapper in my toilet!!! Ha! What a rip off!! I found another plumber (G Force Plumbing) to do the job a lot cheaper. I feel cheated by purchasing the $75 deal when the plumber quoted me such outrageous prices I couldn't afford to get the work done. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this deal from Snappy!

Great price and good introduction to Snappy. The technician was delayed by traffic and informed me he would be running late and as it turned out arrived earlier than scheduled I thought he was very professional and I intend to use their services in the future starting with their twice yearly HVAC inspections. They charge by the job not hourly and do not charge for a service call. And they are available 24/7 and don't charge overtime if they are needed on the weekend.

I called to get an estimate for plumbing and electrical services for a new deck/jacuzzi I'm having installed and after taking down all my information the person said there was $29.95 service fee to get someone to come out and give an estimate. They said this would be waived if I accepted the service, but on a big project who knows what their estimate would be. I had to decline. I might use them for one of their big deals, but not to just get an estimate.

I didn't have to pay because we already had paid for the yearly agreement. It was good experience. They are very professional, knowledgeable and he checked the faucet for leaks or connections. I would use them again in the future.

The service turned out great. They have done different things, but they were here yesterday. We bought yearly service agreement with one of the free service included checked up plumbing. I would recommend them. I would use them again.

I have used these guys in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Through my service agreement there are no fees to come out for any trade and to my surprise they honored even on a Saturday. Our A/c quit working that morning and they were out by lunch time to repair the unit. It was the same guy that did my spring tune-up and it was a repair that he recommended at that time. Apparently it was an electrical component that was not up to "specs" and he warned me at that time it wouldn't last much longer. Had it been a hot summer it would not have lasted this long according to him. Either way he was extremely polite and even turned down a tip. With my agreement I receive a lifetime warranty on the part and once again I was completely satisfied with his service!

The people who usually did the work could not have done a worse job. The line was supposed to be buried at least 18 inches underground and it was about an inch to maybe an inch and a half max. They also used the wrong sized wire. They put a number 14 wire on a 20 amp breaker and did so much wrong that I had to have somebody come in. Finally the pump went out and I had them come in and do it all right. The fellow who did it rented a ditcher and put the wire in deep like it should have been in the first place. They put a box out there that would let me know if a pump failed and a lot of things like that which should have been done in the first place but never was. They did a good job. It ended up being $900 because it was quite a bit of work that he had to do.

The electrician, Michael arrived at the scheduled time frame. He explained how the whole house surge protection work and how it would be installed in my electrical panel. Michael also explained the other services that this company offer. I was shock that he provided me with his ID and certification card. Michael was very polite and friendly. He truly provided me with excellent customer services. I was very pleased with the work and the job was well done!

We are closing on our house and per our inspection there were discrepancies in the upstairs air conditioner. He came out and checked everything and showed it was right on track where it should be. He was SO very nice and helpful. He didn't even wake my sleeping baby in going up into the attic 2 times, right next to his room! I was very pleased with the service and though we are moving out of town, I will call them if we need any services for our rental property in Smyrna.

I had an Angie's list coupon for $300 worth of Electrical services for $150. I had a Murano black glass chandelier that I needed it hung in the foyer of a house I just moved into. Then since they had their giant ladder there, I decided to get them to hang my big ceiling fan in the 2 story Great Room. Then they came back and replaced an attic fan. I also had them change out a dimmer switch. They took care of all my electrical needs in a very polite and professional manner. I would definitely use them again!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was wonderful; they were fabulous. They came out two separate times and did the heating portion first. Then they came out in June to do the air conditioning portion. We also had them replace an outside faucet for us because we were so happy with them.
