I’ve been a loyal customer for a number of years. I’ve used their service for my electrical,plumbing, HVAC service. Recently I’ve paid over 9K for total recipient of my home. Last week upon returning from a vacation we realized that our main floor AC is out. My wife called and scheduled a service call Technician came out on Friday July 19th. He replaced a part, cost almost $900 and assured us that everything is fine. After he left AC unit stopped working. I called the next day the same tech. came back and informed me that the whole unit has to be replaced. Cost almost $6000. I agreed and he scheduled installation for Wednesday July 24th. Two guys came out in the afternoon, installed a new unit and assured us that everything is working fine. When they left, the new unit stopped working. My family has been without AC for 6 days. I am a retired person with a high blood pressure and a heart condition. When I called again not a word of apology. We are extremely disappointed with this kind of service especially since we’ve been very loyal to the company.

Good, they made recommendations concerning one A/C unit that is due for replacement and serviced the other unit to make sure it was operating properly.

Received a call, technician arrived on-time, was professional and courteous and performed the check up.

They quoted us a price of $4000. The toilet in the basement was stopping up so the guy comes out and he puts the snake down there and he cracks the toilet, so he says oh you need a new toilet. So we go out the Friday, it was black Friday and take out the toilet, he replaced the toilet, the toilet still stopped up. Well he's like you need $300 for us to check the camera outside. Come back in he says you need a new line to the sewer so it's gonna cost you $4000. We we're like stop the madness your done. So all said I have no trust in Snappy. They show up. They're here in their uniforms in their truck. I talked to the manager, he'd offer no concessions for the water damage and my husband talked to them about the snake line, oh we would have corrected it, so why do you chunk up my yard?

I did find them through Angie's List. We put in the two units, it's an older home, and I understand that. They put a very high powered air conditioner in the third floor attic, it leaked, and ruined the basement ceiling. They had to come back and repair it. They hadn't connected a pipe in between. I had to pay out of my pocket, $350 for the repairs. They fixed their problem at no charge, but I had to pay for the repairs. I got disgusted with the owner, because he forgot to connect this pipe. He did give me a better price. Everything is working and I had no problem with the air conditioner. The initial hit was hard, a week later I had gushing water coming out of my ceiling. I do have my service contract with them, so I will probably use them again.

Outstanding service by my technician. During the process he informed me of other Snappy services which he could tell I needed. He was not pushy or rude but he was informative.

It wasn’t as big as the deal as I thought. It ended up as fairly expensive. The work was professional. I can’t complain about the workmanship. The guy was hideous. I was disappointed that’s what needs to be done; he is at the top of me. The water heater wasn’t heating. It’s the first time I used them. It was kind of bad because the guy came out and did the work. He changed some part and it was a lot more than what I had anticipated. Then I found out that he didn’t resolve the problem and I ended up calling somebody else out to change the whole system.

Technician arrived on time, gave me the news that the service under the pre-paid amount collected through Angie's List would be rather limited. Performed the actual investigation work in my garage in short order, made his way the the panel and flipped the circuit back on. That was the extent of the visit.

They or Angie's List needs to put in the fine print if a certain type of service is excluded.

The service went well and they did a good job. I had them work on the AC. They did exactly what the deal stated. We did have to have a part replaced but at a reasonable cost. We were not at the home for the service. I had no problem scheduling the deal at all.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They tried to sell me something that I didn't need. They did the work that was called for but they were a little bit more high pressure than I liked. It's no big deal. It is only high pressure in that they call me every few months to see if there is any service I need. They wanted to do an inspection on the sewer line that was several thousand dollars and I turned that down. The camera inspection was fine and I didn't pay any additional. They were good. I probably wouldn't use them again because I have other people that can do it better.

They did come out and do the work. They sent out a number of technicians on a number and one of them was really good. The communication of the different technicians was a little confusing. I felt it was expensive, but we didn't do a lot of research.

The team that showed up was very professional. They installed our 4 can lights quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. They were great!

They are extremely professional, on time and very helpful.

All was done quickly and effectively.

Fixed a toilet. Tried to repair a faulty light fixture. The people were very friendly and professional and on time.

I called another service that was advertised locally and the did a great job for $150

They overcharged me and took advantage of my situation. They replaced a fixture on a high ceiling. I was selling the house and wanted to switch out the fixtures.

They were great. They were fantastic.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I think it went well. They offered us some service we bought extra on the deal. They are nice folks and came out within a couple of days after I purchased the deal.

My tenant disconnected the meter and was stealing power and Georgia power cut the line. Snappy came and fixed the meter and power was connected. I was charged extra on top of the deal I baught and the extra charge was twice the deal amount I purchased.

The technician installed the garbage disposal in June. It completely fell off after a few months of use. This was disappointing since Insinkerator garbage disposals are known for their easy installation (I installed one in only 20 minutes). They came back and fixed their mistake without additional charges.

As part of the plan I was supposed to get priority so in January when I had an issue with my heating unit I called them. When they came they said they cannot do anything until the following week. January was the cold days so we didn't have any heat. When they came the following week, they over priced for the part that is going to be replaced. The technician showed the part that should be replaced and when we searched for the price online it was a fifth of what they will charge me of the part. On top of that he also asked me an astronomical amount for the labor just to replace that part....that is when I decided not to use them. I know I had paid for the annual maintenance but I will not renew it again.

All I got was a "hard Sell on why I should purchase a new air conditioning system from Snappy that day. One day only price, multiple follow up high pressure phone calls. Service man was late by hours to appointment didn't do what he said needed to be done due to the fact that my system "just wasn't worth the money to maintain and should be replaced ASAP. Amazing System worked fine can kept house cool all summer long. ? How could that have happened?
