Did not get a quote...after on phone explaining project and scheduling bid, was informed I would be charged $49 travel fee...don't think so for a $3,000 to $4,000 project, would be silly to pay for them to make money. No guarantee I would choose them. Told the lady that would have been good information up front before I wasted time giving all the particulars of the job, including my home information. Out of five A-rated companies, this was the only one wanting me to pay their technician's salary to come provide a quote (that I would have no assurance of getting). NOT.

Repairman was professional and on time. He performed the work in a good amount of time and cleaned up after himself.

They did excellent work! We were very pleased with them.

There were no signs of burning which is why I wanted it checked. He then told me that the whole house was not grounded and that I needed to spend hundreds to ground the house and also to install a surge protector onto the circuit box in the garage. By the way my house is indeed grounded. That was verified before he arrived. Another example of trying to pull one over on women! The amount of the outlet was much higher than if I had gone to Lowe's and bought it myself.

Overall, there was not a problem with the quality. The issue is that the price is too expensive. I thought the work would take a whole day ($900!), but the work only lasted about 2 hours. That is $450/hour. I have since found another licensed plumber that is about 1/2 the cost.

It was good. They had to put an access water tank on my water heater, and that stopped the leak I was having. My subdivision doesn’t come up on GPS, I tried to tell them when I made the appointment, but they wouldn’t take that info, so the technician had to call me back for the directions. He stayed until the work was done.

My husband and I called Snappy for a leak issue on our 2nd level shower. We got the bundled annual maintenance (it covers everything!) and as long as we keep it active, it includes a lifetime warranty for Snappy's work. It took Snappy a 2nd visit to fix the leak issue, they honor their warranty and they are consistent in their quality and customer service. We met many employees of Snappy throughout the year for the annual maintenance and services (electrician, plumbers and HVAC technicians), they are great in their quality of work and their service. It's nice to be able to find someone we can trust for plumbing, electric, and HVAC.

They came out to swap my ceiling fan for a light. I was very happy with the results of the work. I was impressed with everything and I would definitely consider using them again in the future. For what they did and the price I paid, I was very satisfied.

After purchasing The Big Deal and getting into the details of the work, Snappy Electric Plumbing Heating & Air said they do not service our area. I then had a refund processed.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They tried to promote more HVAC service, but I just wanted them to fix the leak, which they did. They were professional.

Arrived much later than the 9:00-11:00 scheduled window. Tech recommended immediate replacement of one furnace due to potentially faulty transformer and worn out burners. Strongly urged us not to even use the unit until replaced. Quoted a replacement cost of $1940.00. This seemed fishy as an agent of the same company had checked out the unit in April and simply gave us the 'heads up' that it was aging and we should consider replacement in the future. So we called another company to give a second opinion. As we ascended to the second floor the temperature was over 80 degrees meaning the unit had run constantly over two hours since the Snappy technician departed (the same person who warned against any prolonged use as a real fire danger!). He had left his 'connectors' attached forcing the unit to run non-stop. Even in that condition, the new technician concluded that the unit was functioning properly and there was NO need to replace it. Both issues pointed out by Snappy as imminent safety concerns had NO ground in fact. When asked cost estimate if I wanted to replace the unit, was quoted @ $1400.00. So it appears that Snappy must be giving its techs too much incentive to create additional business. I had used Snappy in the past for a few heating, plumbing and electrical issues. In the first two I thought they were overpriced but was satisfied with the work. With the electrical issues the electrician couldn't find the cause of the problem, burned out a switch while attempting to fix it, hardwired past the switch and covered it with a plate, attempting to leave without informing me. So this is the last straw for Snappy.

Great service from initial call to call back from technician to completion of the inspection and tune up. Great service.

The folks at Snappy did an entire electrical, HVAC and plumbing renovation on a fixer upper home for me. This took place from October 2012 til about May of 2013. They stood behind their work when there was a minor plumbing problem in September 2013, which is a true testimony to their ethics in this day and time.

The technician arrived much later than the appointment window - into the evening hours. The company did call me toward the end of the window to tell me that they were working on an issue at the previous job and would be arriving, albeit late. Thankfully, when he arrived, it was still light out, because I did not know where significant system components were located. The technician was very professional, polite and helpful, as he described my system to me. He was able to discover and then clear the issue. Very helpful and communicative - I recommend highly.

Woke up this morning and found that the blower on my furnace wasn't working, so it was only 57 in the house! I immediately called Snappy because I have a contract with them and had just scheduled my furnace maintenance for next week. They sent John out, the same tech who inspected my A/C in the spring. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a bad control board, and since my furnace was 23 years old he recommended replacement. Snappy shifted his afternoon appointments so that he could install the unit today. The work is done, all the debris was cleaned up and taken away, the house warmed up right away, and I am very happy! The only reason I rated punctuality as B is that they sent John to Marietta from Flowery Branch. When they called to tell me he was on his way they didn't allow enough time in what they told me, but he was only another 15 minutes or so. It did put him outside of the 10AM-noon window though. I don't blame John, and he is a very professional and delightful technician with whom to work. I highly recommend Snappy for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.

Purchased an Angies List Big Deal for a whole house surge protector. Snappy was super easy to scheduled, on time, polite and very fast. The installation only took about 10 minutes. Overall A+ experience. Would definitely use Snappy again!

It was great. They just came back this week for a service check up.

Matthew, the lead Technician and his assistant were true professionals, going into great detail about every step of his diagnosis and remedy for my blocked sewer drainage problem. He located the problem and applied the remedy and my blocked sewer drain problem is solved. I give them and Snappy Plumbing my highest recommendation for service excellence.

It turned out okay. There were extra charges as I had to pay for freons. This was the first time I am using them. The service was fine, I didn't have any problem with the service. I was just surprised by the cost of the freon. I mean my system is old. I didn't know it would cost that much and it is nothing to do with their service,which was fine. I would use them again in the future.

I thought the service was very interesting. We live in an older house so they came in and did a complete inspection of the plumbing and electrical. If we have any issues they come right out without wait. I will buy the package again after this year.
