Description of Work: We had them come out and look at our attic for possible rodents. They do not perform trapping without the purchase of their exclusion system. Although not the cheapest around, their exclusion system seems the most thorough and their have an excellent warranty.

Description of Work: Got rid of my squirrel problem, inside and out, without killing any squirrels. They also fixed my entire house so it would be squirrel or other critter proof in the future! They repaired the areas where the squirrels found their way in. I had several areas actually. They were extremely thorough and professional and I liked that they trapped the squirrels rather than just kill them!

Description of Work: Don't have much to compare them to but they did what they said, pointed out all the places they found that rats might get in , sealed 'em up. Laid traps for any remaining ones and came back to check the traps 2 or 3 times. |cheaper than their competitor and the competitor sales person seemed a bit sleezy. It became clear to me that the way it works is that a sales person who is (hopefully)personable and knowledgeable will come out and check out your house. You know they've done it 1000 times. However, someone else will do the work. They sent one kid to do the job. Took him quite a while. But I liked him and he seemed to know what he was doing. The Rid a critter sales guy seemed ok. The guy from the other company just seemed to be a bit of a liar if you want to know the truth.

Description of Work: After we began to hear squirrels running around our attic, we hired Rid-A-Critter to solve the problem. They installed protective metal sheeting along the roof line above the gutters, repaired any holes they found, then set traps in the attic to catch any "critters" that might be trapped inside. After the initial traps being tripped a couple of times without catching anything, another type of trap was tried with good results. Because there was one person handling a large area east of Atlanta (at least as far as Augusta), response times were not always as quick as we would have liked, but the company did make several trips to the house to check/reset traps, etc. The work was done very professionally and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I am extremely happy with the work performed and the professionalism demonstrated by the employees.
Description of Work: I suddenly had rats in my attic. This company secured my house from entry by critters, set traps, returned numerous times to check the traps and remove the rats, and hen assured all had been trapped, deodorized my attic.

 + -1 moreAfter a years service - this company was unable to solve my rodent problem. Rats in the attic. Although they had worked on this hose for 5 years prior to my buying it - they were still unable to solve the rodent problem. They wanted me to tear out a wall in my kitchen even though there were no old pipes running up from basement into the wall. This of course was to be at my expense. I also received quite a bit of attitude from them based on their frustration with being unable to figure it out. I would NOT recommend rid a critter for a serious problem.

Though mortified i had to do something quick. i had three estimates performed and though Ad-c*** was good on price, I chose another company simply because they could do the work in a quicker timeframe and my wife and kids kinda demanded it! They were professional, courteous, and understanding and would certainly recommend them to neighbors.

They might seem expensive but the block every possible nook or craney of your home and capture all squirrels moving forward until there are no more.

 + -1 moreWe have a not uncommon problem in the Atlanta area - nuthatches and woodpeckers drilling holes in the wood and stucco on our house. I called the company to ask for a bid and was told that they don't do outside work until the Spring. The person who answered the phone was wholly unprofessional - he refused to take my name and number, refused to hear the scope of the job, and in the end, just refused to even consider the job at all. This is one company you should avoid at all costs for their lack of professionalism and their refusal to take on basic, small jobs for new clients.
Description of Work: We made a phone call to request service and were refused because the company will not do any outside work from October until March.

 + 0 moreI called early Tuesday morning, and Chris was at our house to give us a quote within 3 hours. The price is reasonable for the quality of service and the warrantied services. I highly recommend them, as do many of our friends that live in the city.
Description of Work: This is the second house we've used Adcock for, and they are the best. Professional, timely and thorough. I know they will do the job and they back that up with a strong warranty. I've scheduled them to come back this week to animal-proof our entire house.
