I woke up one morning to no hot water and a minor flood on the floor. A friend gave me Nick Marine's phone number, and I actually called the poor man at his home early that morning! But Nick was gracious about it, gave me advice and an estimate over the phone. He said to go on to work, he'd stop by my house on his way out that morning, and would try to fit it into his schedule that day. He called me back a half hour later with a revised estimate based on his inspection. When I got home that evening, the only evidence that he had been there was that I had a new hot water heater and plumbing system. The job was done, the area was clean, and everything was perfect. That was over six weeks ago, and I have had no issues since; obviously, he did a good job on the replacement. I believe that if I DID have an issue, Nick would make it right. I don't know if the price was good or not, but that wasn't an issue; having hot water right away was my only concern.

From the first telephone call until the project was over was nothing but a delight. Both Nick and Tony were professional, punctual, honest and skilled at what they do. They arrived when they said they would and the price came in fairly and less expensive than other quotes I had gotten. We will certainly use them again, we feel like we've found our lifelong plumbers!!

Nick arrived at his appointed time. We described the concerns we had with two bath drains, two toilets, and replacing faucets and controls for the tub and sink in one bath. He estimated all the work we wanted, made several suggestions and we agreed to do some of the work now and the rest later. He pointed out the regulator and recommended it be replaced due to its age. He said the regulators have a life of five to ten years and failure could cause major problems with all the plumbing fixtures. He performed all the work and cleaned up the work area.

Tony arrived as scheduled, explained the work to me, kept me informed as to the nuances after he'd figured out the situation. Additionally, everything was cleaned up upon completion. Marine Plumbing was courteous, timely, efficient, knowledgeable and did top quality work. Price was fair and they kept me informed of the options.

Marine Plumbing was very reliable, friendly and professional. Always on time, prepared and completed the job expertly. Removed the old shower and the old tile and completely re tilled and installed a new shower basin.

I have had other Plumbing Companies in my house and after the experience I had with Nick and Tony and there professionalism I will only use Marine Plumbing for my plumbing needs they made sure I was 100% satisfied and no detail was left out. Experience counts and they definitely know what they are doing.

Mr Little arrived exactly when scheduled at 4:30 in the afternoon. He analyzed the problem, put a plumber's snake down the toilet and cleared the line. He also replaced the faulty flapper in thr tank. The toilet works fine and only took him about 15 minutes!

Nick Marine and his partner Tony are professional plumbers. Something you do not find today. They are polite, punctual, neat, clean and Most of all do a Great job. I am so glad I finally have a real plumber to call on, instead of a large company who hires men and gives them two weeks training and calls them plumbers. Hurray for Nick Marine!

Tony Little is awesome! He's been in business for years and has a strong work ethic. He really knows what he's doing since he was trained in this skill when he was a Marine. He educates you on what's wrong and tries his best to economically perform repairs. He'll definitely give you a fair price. If you live in his neighborhood (Grove Park,) he'll give you an even better deal!

The company did not perform work because he asked me a few questions and had me do a self diagnostic while on the phone. He was able to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it. It was a common problem that any plumber would know about, but others quoted me rates to come out to diagnose. Marine Plumbing has my business should I need a plumber.

I was about to buy a new tankless water heater and Mr. Marine explained the pros and cons to that choice. It appears that there are more cons than pros based upon the current technology and price of the unit as well as upkeep. I am very grateful to Mr. Marine's honesty as he is one of only six installers in the state who could have put in the new tankless system and he would have made a tidy profit. He put my needs ahead of his own need to make a profit and I appreciate his honesty and integrity.
