the job went very well the crew worked steady they were polite and considerate any concerns I had was answered or addressed make a choice is a top tier company that will not try to rip you off prices are fair this is a company you can trust I will post before and after pictures later. the crew get 5 stars they take their time to do it right but get the job done.

"Choose This Company"- My wife and I searched extensively for a company that could handle our renovation project. We met with 8 local companies for a "one-stop-shop" experience for siding, painting, roof, windows, gutters, deck, and general carpentry. The crew showed promptly on the scheduled day and completed work ahead of schedule. Quality of work was excellent and all the punch list items were completed promptly. The house was left clean. The workers were careful with moving/handling the furniture and household items, nothing was broken or damaged. Great team!

Team was fast, very profesional and highly skilled. They finished replacing the siding on one side of the house within one day. Couple of days later, painting crew came, did caulking and painting. They cleaned up everything spotless. Highly recommended.

The did a very good job all around and an excellent job on the painting. The prep was especially good; my house needed a lot of scraping, sanding and caulking and they did it all. Weather caused a lot of delay in this project. Outdoor work, especially painting, just can't be done in the rain. On the calendar it took longer, but basically the siding work was done in two days and the painting work was done in one. I liked the Nichiha product because it was made in Georgia out of recycled fly-ash waste. It also had a better grain pattern than the other product I'd seen. The salesman I worked with was quick to provide answers to any questions I had, and I think I had a lot. I liked the the contract was sent to me in a Word document that I could edit and send back rather that a form of unreadable small print I had expected. I actually specified the color I wanted in the contract. Now that it all done, I've very pleased with the appearance and wish I'd done it sooner. I'm sure it added more value to my house than it actually cost me.

I contacted Make A Choice Home for replacing siding on the entire exterior of my home. Ivan reached out to me and gave a very fair price and we signed the contract. From then on, it was very smooth. I checked lists of companies that did siding repair and replacement and read reviews of a number of them and selected Make A Choice Home Exterior. Ivan Franco, a Project Manager out and I was impressed by his knowledge of siding repair and replacement. He offered to replace siding with hardy plank siding at a reasonable price and finish the job with his painters applying two coats of a top of the paint. His siding team was on the job and working in a few days. As soon as they finished the painters were hard at work applying first and second coats to finish the job. I was impressed by all of Ivan's team and would recommend.

This is a wonderful company to work with. Ivan, the project manager, was extremely responsive and kept me updated on all steps of the project. They removed all the siding of my chimney and replaced it with Hardy Board. They also replaced two boards on my house which were not in the original plan. I had to be out of state during the work, so was concerned about having someone do the work while I was away. Ivan called daily and sent pictures of the job as it progressed. I would highly recommend them.

The job went great! The salesman at this company always answered his phone and was very knowledgable about his products.
