Make A Choice Home Exterior was a company that exceeded our expectations. After interviewing 5 different companies we knew they were the one that was going to assist us in the largest financial decision we had to make. We had never remodeled the exterior of our home, or any others and the task seemed overwhelming. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable in the process and took the time to listen to our concerns. His professional approach on “what is reasonable and customary” when starting a project of this scale made us both feel at ease. He provided many different options for repair, replacement and kept it all within our stated budget. Choosing the paint colors was the only thing he said was, a personal preference and mentioned that Sherwin Williams is the best choice for exterior paint, and they have any colors that meet your expectations. Project took 2 weeks and came in on budget. Their crew was employed by MAC and not sub-contractors. They were on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and very respectful of our property. On Time. I hired MAC to replace my rotted facia and soffits with new Hardi plank and paint them. The install crew and the paint crew were both very nice and professional and the work completed more than meet my expectations. The communication from the estimate process through the completion was great. Would definitely hire again.

I would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again. Our sales consultant/project manager Chuck was responsive to texts and calls, on time for every meeting, competent, and thorough. He accommodated all of my small requests and add-ons. The crew who did the siding, painting, and my trellis walls were all very pleasant, worked efficiently, and asked questions if there was any concern about what I wanted. The pricing is competitive, and the quality of the work they did was top-notch. The owner of the company was also present numerous times to survey progress. He also did the last little details to make sure everything was to our liking, which we really appreciated.

So I used Angie's List to narrow down my 3 main choices for a major exterior home improvement project. I got quotes from the 3, and decided on Make A Choice. It was definitely the 'right' choice. The work was done quickly and professionally. Great care was taken to cause little disturbance to neighbors who are VERY close in proximity to my house. Step 1: Siding: These guys were fast, and I mean fast. They blazed through the demolition of the old siding, vacuum sealed the sides, and put up my new hardy board. Just like that it was done and done right. Then it was painted (well) and the house began to look brand new. Step 2: Soffit: I almost didn't spring for soffit, and that would have been a big mistake. These guys did an amazing job on the soffit which now has the under siding looking amazing!! Most impactful thing I had done. All the neighbors are jealous! Step 3: Porch: I asked for a 'beefier' porch, and that is what I got. Amazing railings and new columns. I had them put a band about a foot down from the top of the columns and they really stand out now. The railing is double thick on the top and they are taller now, and the whole thing is the envy of the neighborhood. I also asked for a 'dental trim' and expected a strip from Home Depot or something. Nope. They custom made it, curved and impactful. Above and beyond. Step 4: Gutters: The gutters they installed go so seamlessly with the soffit that you can barely tell they are there! Beautiful and they put in a complete system where some needed gutters had been left out from the initial house build. The match to the rest of the house is uncanny. Step 5: Door: This they outsourced to a guy who also blew me away with a professional install and removal of my old door. Cleanup was done after each major renovation and at finish and everything was pretty close to "move in" ready. They did destroy a cement fountain, but patched it up so you could hardly tell. (I knew I should have moved that thing out of the way!) The only non-10 out of 10 would be the trim painting on the porch and windows, which got a bit rushed with bad weather, and even that gets a 9-10, with the only little things I could catch being quite 'nit-picky'. Overall, this company delivered in spades on the goods it promised and they were very responsive throughout the whole process. I would 100% use them again without hesitation for any other external house projects!! Priced competitively and delivering results that exceeded my expectations.

It went great. The carpet guy was amazing. He laid carpet by himself over the entire home in a few hours. Also, the LVP was laid quickly in the kitchen, bathrooms and foyer. It looks wonderful. Ivan the project manager was very professional, very friendly. He made sure we were happy and satisfied. I like that. Will definitely use them again for their services.

We made the right choice with "Make A Choice Home Exteriors". We have a 1940s Craftsman Bungalow that needed extensive exterior renovations with the siding, windows, doors, and several other repairs completed. After going through several contractors we decided there was one more to check out with 5 stars and great reviews called Make A Choice Home Exteriors and then we'll choose, so my husband said call them to request for a estimate. Assistant Project Manager Manuel came out to perform the estimate whom was very professional, friendly and attentive to what was important to us in completing this project. I called my husband and told him about the experience with Manuel, so we decided to choose Make A Choice as our contractor. As the project moved forward the team (Manuel, Fabian, Ivan, Domingo "Sunday", ALL the contractors as well as the Owners ) didn't disappoint and showed us it was about our vision what we wanted and needed; they worked diligently, passionately and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with every detail. We had an outstanding experience with Make a Choice Home Exterior. Our home is 3-sides brick and several pieces of siding and trim had begun to rot. We also had 2 fixed pane 4'x5' windows replaced and the entire house painted. Our project manager, Ivan was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a more professional person. He was attentive to our needs and desires and would offer recommendations when asked. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was his goal. At the end of everyday during our project, other than the completed work, we couldn't tell the work crew was onsite, everything was cleaned up! Excellent! Zhyvago did siding and trim, Jose did the painting. Mauricio and Victor removed and replaced new gutters. These guys are professionals. Ivan was great to work with. He understood what we needed and helped the crews understand whenever there was an issue. We began with the siding and deck/stairs. The stairs needed some adjustments to be done to our satisfaction. The crew was accommodating to our changes, though there was a bit of a language barrier. We would be happy to use Make a Choice again if needed
