I was very pleased with the work.

Overall, I was very pleased with Make a Choice Home Exterior. It was a large project and we had our minor issues (a few broken clay pots, minor touch-ups needed), but they addressed every concern I had, stayed on budget, and worked hard until the job was complete. The newly installed siding was cut very precisely, minimizing any gaps and looks great. I would definitely recommend, and I would use this company again on future projects.

We replaced the roof and gutters for our HOA pool house. The company did a great job communicating and responding to my questions. Company and workers were very professional. They did a great job cleaning up. Job was completed on time. Quality work!

The work went well. They replaced all the siding on the house and then painted everything to match the new colors we choose. The only real issue was the weather.

Chuck promptly scheduled time for an estimate. Estimate was given the same day of the appointment. He suggested the windows could be repaired rather than replaced - while other companies had suggested replacing. This ended up saving us quite a bit of money. He quickly answered any questions we had concerning the estimate. Once contract was signed, work started the very next day. Workers arrived promptly and worked diligently to get the job done. The final price was the estimate - no surprises. Would highly recommend.

Chuck and his crews arrived at the promised time, worked very hard, very quickly, very safely, while performing quality work. They did not leave my yard a mess, did not find nails or other debris in the back yard where my dogs run around. They did the little things in the paint job that made it really quality; use quality paint and caulk from Sherwin Williams, caulked all the seams and joints, painted chimney rain cap, and removed all the downspouts so they could paint all sides. I paid a reasonable price for quality work.

Chuck was prompt to reply each time I contacted him. The work crews seemed to take pride in their work. We are very pleased!

very well. the siding crew were great and cleaned up when they finished. The painter also painted the windows and cleaned around the edges of the glass.

The quality and workmanship was excellent. The workers were efficient and the customer service was outstanding. They were competitively priced (we got 3 estimates). The workers started when they were scheduled to begin, and we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Make a choice Home for your home improvement projects.

We hired this contracting firm for two separate projects. The first was our 3 story deck - when we bought our fixer upper the deck was really cool but needed some loving. Tim from Make a Choice was so positive and really got the job done. He brought all the railings up to code, fixed the rotted footings with new concrete piers, and kept the place clean. Easy to communicate with and his team was so professional and nice - even to the point that when we asked that they keep noise down during our kids' naptime - they complied. Deck feels so sturdy now. Second project was our roof. Ours was old and leaking. We called Tim's brother Chuck over and he quoted us a roof repair with architectural shingles. Quote came in several thousand less than another trusted roofer we knew and since we had a good experience with Make a Choice in the past we went with them. Only issue was that we had a loss of communication in that we needed our skylights taken out and team working on it did not get that memo. However, issue brought to attention and they took care of it. We will probably be hiring this firm again to do some new siding and painting in the near future.

We (PSG Construction) were immediately impressed with Tim's dedication to making sure his crews were on time and on site performing the work we needed to the standards we expected. Great, did work out the contract for free like replacing extra facial boards that noticed in the original walk around at no cost. Just things on the go or is my whims changed.

The work was completed ahead of schedule. I paid, to the dollar, what was on the original estimate. It was a big job, and with big jobs sometimes something goes a bit wrong no matter who you hire. What matters is how the contractor responds… and they responded by taking responsibility and making things right. Communication was excellent with quick responses to phone calls and texts. When the work was done, it was like they were never here. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and the house looked like it had always been that way. You couldn’t tell that I just had a lot of work done. You couldn’t tell something was fixed or changed. The job was seamless.
