Excellent experience. Owner Matthew Morgan was a pleasure to work with. My phone call was returned promptly and at our initial meeting he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly discuss the large scope of work needed on my property. His quote was detailed and very reasonably priced. On my scheduled workday, both owners arrived early and did a walk through on the property. The crew was on time and very professional not only in appearance but also in their work ethic. Owner Gordon Grant stayed and worked all day with the crew. Gordon was great to work with. He answered any questions I had and was very detail oriented. He made sure all the work was completed and that I was satisfied with the job. The crew did excellent work and their cleanup was superb! A very professional and hard working team I will use again and highly recommend.

I called Limb-it-Less for an estimate after finding their ad in Angie's List Atlanta magazine. The phone was answered (on my first call) by Matthew, co-owner of the company. A date and time was arranged for Matthew to meet me, inspect both properties, and to give me a bid. Matthew arrived at the exact time and the exact date that was agreed to and he carefully took note of the trees/bushes that needed attention. He described exactly what needed to be done, answered my questions, and provided me with a printed bid from the computer in his truck. Matthew was the consumate professional and his vast knowledge as an arborist was evident as he took the time to answer my many questions. My original plan for this tree project was to get at least 2 or 3 bids for the job; however, after meeting Matthew I knew I had found the company I needed. We scheduled the work for either Monday, May 11th or Tuesday, May 12th. My husband and I were going out of town on Monday, May 11th, so on Sunday (the 10th) we decided we would rather Matthew start the work for sure on Monday morning so we could be home when the work started. We called Matthew on Sunday - he called us back, and told us "no problem - I'll be there at 8:30 am on Monday." Sometime between 8 am and 8:30 on Monday, Matthew arrived. We had expected to see Matthew and 1 or 2 people. Matthew arrived with his partner and 4 other people!! Lim-it-Less uses top-notch equipment, and the equipment is well-maintained. All items listed on the bid were taken care of - plus, as they began the work, we asked that a few additional items be added. The additional items were also taken care of AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!! This is one well-run, professional company. Everything was handled in a professional manner - everyone on the job worked in a professional manner - the job was done quickly - the job was done carefully - and all debris was cleaned from the property. We cannot say enough about Matthew Limb-it-Less. I highly recommend this company to anybody who needs a professional tree service. They will certainly get all our business from now on. This is the second time I have used a company that I found in Angie's List Magazine, and both times I have been more than satisfied. You are my "go-to" for all my service-company needs. It has been a very disappointing experience.

I called my insurance company and they sent out an adjuster who looked at the tree and they sent an estimate to remove the tree would be around $200. Limb-it-less sent me an estimate for $1000 to cut and remove the tree. According to my insurance adjuster their estimate was 5 times higher then what it should have been.

It went very well. Our tree had been struck by lightening and was in a very hazardous position. It was a twin pine tree and was within feet of our house, a brick wall, our neighbor's house with a chain link fence in between. The tree was very large and we were concerned about the equipment tearing up our driveway. One of our estimates told us he couldn't promise that it wouldn't. The tree was taken down quickly and with no damage at all. The work site was left clean.

Excellent experience. Matthew and his crew did a great job, not only with the pruning and removal, but with the cleanup as well. All debris including the trunk of the pine was removed same day. I appreciate that they do spikeless climbing, and use ropes to lower the large limbs they remove to protect plants and shrubs underfoot. Price seemed more than fair for the quality of work performed--I've spent much more and gotten less from other tree services years ago (he even trimmed a limb from an additional tree that wasn't part of the scope of work). I really liked the fact that Matthew is a certified arborist. Plus, I love the name of the company--very clever!

Excellent. After a visit to estimate the work, we set a date for the tree removal. They arrived on the date agreed to and at the appointed time so my wife could be home, should additional instructions be required. Branches were chipped on site and some logs were removed using their equipment. Our yard was left in very clean condition.

Right on time, very fast and professional. My yard and pool were cleaner when they left than before they got there! Took out several difficult trees by hand. Mulched and spread the mulch for me in a front bed. They did a terrific job and offered to come back if I decided to prune more, at no cost.

Great! Guys came in, chippered up all the trees, asked where I wanted the mulch and then headed out. Cleaned up after themselves and made the backyard look great again. Owners Matthew and Gordon came out with crew and were very professional and personable.

Mr. Morgan was the most prompt of three estimates we solicited for removal of the tree. He attached insurance papers with the estimate. While his price was in the middle of the estimates, his professionalism and apparent knowledge of the subject were clearly superior. We scheduled the removal, his crew showed up right on time, and the work was done with no problems.

The whole team did a fantastic job. I had a lot of shrubs, plants, and sprinkler heads around every tree and they did not harm any of them. They cleaned the property very well and except for a low-cut stump, it is impossible to know that the trees were ever there. The guys are pretty acrobatic up in the trees but they performed the job very safely and without incident. The entire team of 6-8 people were very professional. Matt, one of the owners, took the time to tell me what was wrong with my trees. I would highly recommend them.

It was a great experience. They were excellent! Their bid came in less than about 5 other companies (by over $3,000)! I was satisfied with every aspect of their work! Their price and quality were unbelievable!

They did a great job. I needed the work done pretty quickly because I was having a new roof put on my house. Unfortunately, their climber got sick, and they were unable to complete the work in one day. But at least he had the sense to not continue while he was ill. They did complete all of the work before the roofers were scheduled. Their clean-up was terrific. My yard looked much better than before they came. The guys are all very nice.

Matthew Morgan walked the property with me during the estimate. He is a trained arborist and reviewed the status of every tree. (We have a small urban forest). The crew arrived, did the work promptly and efficiently, cleaned up so well that the following day my yard crew had little to do. I would use Limb-it-Less for any future tree work.

Left a message; Matthew called me back; I returned his call. Never heard back from him.

Matthew came out to give me the estimate on the day that I requested and was prompt. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. We agreed his company would do the work, but the city had to give him the OK to take down the trees. He got back with me the following Monday and we scheduled the service for Thursday of the same week. He and his crew showed up on time, did the work which was amazing to watch. They cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. AWESOME!!

After coming for two estimates, I went with this company because they were slightly lower and I valued their professional opinions. There was some mis-understanding as to which day they were to do the work, but it wasn't a big deal. They brought a crew of 5 people out for most of the day and both principals were there at various times. The work was done very quickly and professionally and to my specifications. There was one inadvertent problem, when a Cherry tree which was entangled with the Illeagnes bushes became uprooted. The tree had to be cut, but I don't blame the company for that problem. They also did a few extras, like sharpening my saw, as I was cutting some additional shrubs while they were working also. They distributed some of the chips for mulch after they had chipped it into a pile. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work, the clean-up and the advice they provided during the quotation phase.

I had a tree partially down and needed someone to take it down as quickly as possible. I got a fast response to my voice mail and someone came out to give me an estimate the next day. I really respected his advice on which trees needed to come down and what should be done with the mulch. The estimate was good. I did go with another service because they were a little lower in price and required a little less work on my part, which Limb-It-Less had provided as an alternative to keep the cost down. I would highly recommend them and would consider calling them again in the future.

My experience with this company was outstanding! Matthew Morgan promptly returned my first call and came to my house the very next day. He walked around the yard with me and my husband and not only reported his findings, but educated us on trees and proper pruning. He was thorough and friendly. When we decided to go with his company, he had is business partner, Gordon Grant, come out the next day with a crew and quickly, efficiently and neatly perform the job. They walked around with me when they finished and made sure I was happy before they left. While Limb-It-Less may not be the cheapest, their pricing is very competetive. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company that not only knows their business but enjoys what they do. Thanks Matthew and Gordon. You guys are awesome!

They arrived promptly (before I returned from taking my daughter to school). They went right to work, they communicated with me about the process and how to take care of other trees on our property. They did excellent work and were fastidious! They chipped some debri for mulch and cut others for firewood. They were wonderfully professional and courteous and left my yard in better shape that they found it. I want Matthew Morgan to come out on at least an annual basis to walk the property with us and give us his opinions from an arborists' perspective. It was a wonderful experience for me!

Called Matthew Morgan in the morning and he came out that same afternoon to do an estimate. He was friendly and professional. Not only did he make an assessment to the health of our trees but he also gave us ideas about how to do some of the things that we wanted to do with our very wooded lot. Took the time to explain everything effectively. Great Job! We'll be calling him again.

Company representative called me to setup a time to come by and write up and estimate. Representative came out and performed estimate without me having to be home. Representative called and confirmed a date/time to do the work specified on the estimate. Company came out on the specified date and time and completed the work without any problems. Job very well done.

They actually made a recommendation instead of just giving me a quote on what I thought I needed done. In fact, based on their recommendation I kept a tree that I was going to remove and I removed a tree I was going to keep. We are very pleased. I paid them more but they did a lot more. They were on time and thorough. I highly recommend them.
