Description of Work: Moved a light fixture's box that wasn't centered by previous owner, added wiring for new light fixture in a powder room ceiling and it wasn't an easy task! They were great and didn't give up on me, the lantern light they installed was totally worth it. Only criticism is, I wish they would've shown me how low the light would hang before completely installing it. I would've liked it a bit lower. Otherwise awesome!

Description of Work: Our technicians were fantastic. They installed a new light fixture in our two story foyer and assembled and installed a new ceiling fan/light in our den. They also replaced 3 faulty light switches and a short in the box which controls our pool equipment.

Description of Work: The electricians performed a thorough inspection of the house and gave a detailed report of what needs to be fixed. The prices quoted to do the fix looks reasonable. During they corrected loose connections which restored power to one circuit in the house.

Description of Work: We had a refrigerator in our basement that wouldn't turn on that we thought was tied to a bad outlet or something wrong in the fuse box. Their technician was great about diagnosing the source of the problem by effectively going through some trial and error steps to isolate the problem with the refrigerator itself. He was awesome!

Description of Work: It was not a positive experience at all. I purchased the coupon, but had to wait over 3 weeks for service due to scheduling. When Joe arrived, on time, he was unfamiliar with the coupon (although I had already confirmed with the company the techs know the coupon). He had to call his supervisor for help. He then quoted it wrong again, and once again called his supervisor. This wasted about 25 minutes, and now I had little to no confidence with his knowledge of the company nor its policies. I live in a old house, and Joe was unable to figure out how to get the work done without tearing apart the ceiling (he would have had to rewire to code, etc). I declined further service. I had no confidence in his ability. He left the house, my ceiling now has a small, ill-fitting white plate covering the hole, but protecting the wires. My ceiling looks worse than it did with the old ceiling fan box installed.
