It was a special, so it cost me $120 for an outside electrical fixture. The job went very well. They showed up on time and did a good job.

He was very neat. He was extremely helpful and clean. He was very cheerful. He was a very nice young man. He wore footies on his shoes to keep everything clean. He even went to Lowe's with my friend to figure out what we needed to get a wireless doorbell. He sat down with me and told me how much everything would be before he did anything.

The appointment was scheduled quickly, the technician arrived on time, and the work was done effectively and professionally. I am totally satisifed.

After purchasing and printing your coupon, I called Lightning Bug Electric to replace or repair my ceiling fan. The appointment was set within four days of my call. Roland was punctual, gave me all of my options (rather than hurriedly telling me I had to replace the fan), and was very kind to my two dogs who find it their mission to supervise all work/visitors in the house. He helped me get the old fan to the trash bin and installed the replacement carefully. He left nothing behind except a new fan working beautifully and two very content dogs with their happy owner! I would definitely recommend Lightning Bug Electric as a trustworthy company!

We purchased a "Big Deal" exterior outlet installation. I called the office, the receptionist was very polite and scheduled us for an appointment 2 days later. I was given a 3 hour window that their electrician would arrive in and he came right in the middle of that time frame. They called about 45 minutes ahead of time and said that Roger would be arriving soon. Roger was very clean and professional. He installed the outlet right where I wanted and installed it quickly. I would recommend this company and use them again in the future.

Roger Moore, employee #80, from Lightning Bug Electric arrived at my residence on the day and time agreed upon. He was extremly polite, put on bootees to protect the carpet, and proceeded to install the new ceiling fan with no delays. He found that the ceiling box holding the old fan was inappropriate, so I paid $70 for a new one in addition to the $75 I had previously paid through Angies List for the installation. I was very pleased with the service I received and would rate them A+.

The work went beautifully. The gentleman who came out was on time and very pleasant, and he did a good job. He checked other things for me, like the circuit breaker, while he was here to make sure everything was okay. It was a special on Angie’s List, and the experience was excellent overall. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I started with an Angie's list special to install an outdoor outlet. The technician, Roger Moore, yes I am sure that he isn't a spy, did a very good job. He was punctual, polite and efficient. He was also very competent in his work. I asked for an estimate for another job and when I received the price I decided to book a repeat visit to do that job as well. As with the first visit the company was very responsive and called to verify the appt. and also to tell me of an approximate arrival of the electrician. He turned out to be Roger Moore, the same electrician that did the previous work. Roger was very efficient, competent, polite and professional. He is a great representative for the company and did a very good job in less time than was estimated. I had bought the materials months ago but have never gotten around to getting the job done. It was well worth the money I spent to now be able to properly use my workshop.

Overall quality workmanship was good and knowledgeable but need to be more reasonable price competable.

The company called at 13:30 and said that the technican would be here at 14:00. Two technician's arrived at 14:00 as promised. Both started the electrical outlet. When that was partially finished the other technician started on the installation of the whole house electrical surge protector and the cable and phone surge protector. The technician working on the electrical outlet finished and went to help the other technician. the whole house surge protector installation went smoothly. He also changed out a double tap circuit breaker and installed two new breakers. The surge protectors for the cable and phone line couldn't be installed. They didn't work with AT&T's fiber optic cable system. The technician called the manufacter , cuttler hammer, but couldn't get any help. I told him to forget that part. This company did a good job and I will use them for any future electrical projects.

The technician was very kind and professional, and even took some time to explain to our young, curious son what he was doing. Everything was very clean when he was done. He arrived on time and got the job done in one day. They honored a 5-month-old estimate provided by a technician that was no longer with the company. The estimate was lower than any of the three others we had received. Thank you, Lightning Bug!

We live out in the sticks but Roger found us on time. He was very professional and offered many tips. We are interested in adding a whole house fan and have one room that has no power that needs to be looked at. He gave us quotes for both and hope to call him back in two months. It took him 15 minutes to move the outlet in the bedroom and he lowered it so it is at floor level. Next he had the bath fan wired up in less than 20 minutes. And the porch light was done in about 20 minutes. He was very neat and cleaned up any dust. I wish I had used Angie's list to find the plumber!!! You have a great company and look forward to using you in the future. I told everyone at work to give you a call with any of their needs.

Roger showed up and had the switch fully functional in less than an hour. Awesome service, same day service. Price was as quoted on the phone.

Lightning Bug was fast, they came out and did a good job, and they did it for a reasonable price. Everything is working now.

The service technician arrived promptly and was uniformed, neat, friendly, and courteous. He listened to my description of my problem with a light switch, and then went to work. I asked for an estimate to separate the ceiling light and fan to separate wall switches and he gave me the estimate. I asked him to complete that work, also. He also gave me written estimates for future upgrades I asked about. My entire experience with this company was great.

Alan, the electrician, was on time, very chatty, had many, many helpful tips, but took 1.5 hours to identify and reset my outlet and breaker. Although charges are steep, Alan endeavored to add extra value to the visit and succeeded.

Company representative, Josh Masters, arrived on-the-dot. I had at least three outlets that were "dead", and one controlled my garage door. Jason performed trouble shooting and was able to repair or replace all problem outlets. I was so delighted with his performance, I asked for more services; including installation / repair of three light fixtures and one fan. He even went outside and checked all exterior outlets. Call this company first - you will get first class service for coach price.

Their prices were much higher than other highly rated contractors, so I decided not to go with them. Two options were offered; $1,500.00 & 1,900.00. There should have been a third option. This third option should have been just above $1,500.00, using a higher quality material that is only twenty dollars more than the material that would have been used in the $1,500.00 option.

Light was installed but they cracked my mirror, and put holes in my wall when cutting the sheetrock/framing in the wall to install the electrical outlet box. I had to then patch the sheetrock and re-paint the wall myself. My mirror is still cracked. Said they were sorry, that was all.

Our technician, Shane Roney, from Lightning Bug was very professional on his visit. Albeit a little backed up on the day, he did arrive, double-checked that the quote matched the work still, and did a great job of installation on an outdoor electric outlet box. He also sat down with us and worked out a quote (which we feel is reasonably priced) for some more expensive work on outdoor lighting needs that we are attempting to get done this weekend. Great work done, and hoping for another good service this weekend.

The main circuit breaker on the outside of my house was pulling away from the wall. While there, Lightning Bug tested it because they wanted to be thorough. They discovered the breaker was broken. They replaced it quickly.
