Service was performed quickly and professionally. Bobby and James were very clear in their explanations, provided different options, and made sure I understood them all. I could not have asked for better service.

Bobby & James came out and were very friendly and consultative. They quickly identified and fixed the immediate issue of our lights not working in the basement, and also provided recommendations around the house on things to keep an eye on or fix. They did not make me feel pressured to buy anything and truly took a consultative approach rather than a sales approach. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a friendly and professional electrician. Will use again.

Right on time, very polite and professional. Bought a deal for an exterior outlet on AL, but also needed them to check an issue I was having with a breaker flipping for reasons I couldn't tell. They figured out the issue, showed me the problem and explained it to me in plain English and gave me multiple solutions that were clear and priced reasonably. I'd happily use them again and recommend them to others. Electrician was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Lee C. and Steven V. did great work. Lee listened and understood what my ultimate goal was and advised me how to best accomplish it. I had some slightly strange requests and with his advice everything came out great. Lee and Steven respected my home and got the work done in a day. Ultimately I could have found someone to do it cheaper, but I can sleep soundly knowing the job was done right by good people. Lightning Bug will be the first call I make for future electrical service.

I'd used Lightning Bug Electric at my previous house and thought they did a great job, so I did not hesitate to contact them for work at my new house. We'd recently moved into a 100-year old home and needed to address a few electrical issues. Tim came out and did a walkthrough of the entire house with me to assess our needs and discuss options. I appreciated his feedback about various options to improve the safety of my home. Some of these options were quite expensive - namely arc fault breakers - but I felt that Tim was very straightforward in our discussion without putting any pressure on me or "upselling" more expensive options. After I accepted their quote, work was scheduled very quickly. A three man crew - Leo, Cody, and Duaine came out for the panel replacement, which was an extensive job. They had all work completed same-day and came back the following morning to label the breaker panel and troubleshoot one circuit that was tripping the arc fault breaker. Their entire crew was great -- very courteous, polite and friendly. They took great care to clean up after themselves both inside and outside the house, and lots of nice little touches -- like always putting on cloth boot covers when they came inside the house. They were also very careful about making sure our cats did not get out, which we appreciated. Once again - extremely satisfied with Lightning Bug thanks to Leo, Cody, and Duaine. As far as I am concerned these are "my electricians" that would always be my go-to call for any future electrical work.

Had used Lightning Bug for previous work at old condo, so called again to get same electrician out to do wiring to prep new home for cable and internet. Leon and his assistant did a fantastic job. Very professional and very neat. Ripped down prior owners ugly cables on outside of house and neatly ran new coax cable around chimney and through attic. Cut in new outlets in several rooms and cleaned up all dust and debris as they worked. Also installed new exterior outlet and motion detector flood lights. Will definitely use again for any future needs.

Fantastic. James was fantastic. Very polite, considerate and professional. I recommend him Highly!! I would hire him again in the future when needed. He got in and out in a very timely manner and got the job done. Left everything clean and tidy.

Bobby and Steven came out over 2 days. This is an old house and a lot of dangerous electrical rigging had been done that we didn't know about until Bobby got well into the job. I added some additional items to his original list that were not safety related. They were great, and worked swiftly. I really can't speak to the price as I don't have a comparison, but I know that a lot of work was done and Bobby saved my house from burning down or electrocuting someone. They were pleasant to have around, did their jobs well, and cleaned up. I will definitely consider them my electricians for any future work I need done. I am super picky about who I let into my house and I highly recommend this company and especially Bobby and Steven. Thanks guys!

They were outstanding and very professional. A bit on the pricey side but Leo their technician, was absolutely fabulous and very helpful. They are high but the do a good job.

The technician came on time, he was very knowledgeable and provided us with the right solution, we gave a check of 38 dollar for his visit, but after two days I looked at my account saw $381 withdrawn from my account. I called (770) 800-7507 and spoke to the lady Tony Blanca and asked her why they had debited 381 dollars from our account. How can 38 dollars become 381. That lady was extremely rude , shouting on top of her voice and not apologetic for having fraudulently stolen money from us. I would ask who ever does business with this company be very careful of this lady and the amount you pay them check your bank statement and credit card statement to make sure she has not charged you more money.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Both Bobby and Jaison were informative, keeping me in the loop the entire time and completed the work much faster than I thought possible. Punctual and professional. I will most certainly use them again.

Bobby and Cody were the electricians and they were punctual, professional and courteous. I'd definitely trust them to do other work in the future. Upon arrival, they checked out the fans and determined that both motors had seized up. One fan was too old to find parts for, so the whole unit needed to be replaced ($553). The other fan, they were able to replace the motor ($413). Bobby wrote up a proposal and once approved, they left to go pick up the needed parts.They returned promptly. After fixing the fans, they moved on to the floodlights and installed them along with junction boxes very quickly. The cost of installing the floodlights seemed high to me ($366.66) as I had purchased the lights and they were replacing existing fixtures, so no wire needed to be pulled or switches installed. Overall, the work went smoothly and everything seems to be working great.

Excellent! Bobby O. was my technician and I could not have asked for better service. I told him that I wanted him to check for knob and tube wiring in the attic and quote me to replace it. He looked at the circuit breaker boxes first and showed me some changes he would recommend, and why they should be done (in detail - circuit breakers that are not designed for your specific box may not fit correctly and can cause arcing and heat within the box itself). Then I accompanied him to the attic and he showed me exactly where there was live knob and tube wiring, checking with his hot stick for power. (There was considerable old, dead knob and tube wiring that a different electrician had not checked for power but included for replacement in his quote.) Then Bobby quoted his price, which was about half of my first quote! I mentioned the Angie's List 10% off coupon, he called and verified that which gave me an even lower price. I OK'd the work and he completed it quickly and efficiently. Bobby was also very courteous and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use Lightning Bug Electric in the future and recommend them highly.

Excellent electrician (Jeremy Reel) took the time to explain everything that we needed and quickly set off working on it all.

The 2 electricians arrived and did an inspection of the issues. Afterwards we discussed pricing and then they completed the work.

The company was quick to respond to my email service request via Angie's and schedule an appointment. The company contacted us to confirm the appointment the day before the service date and let us know on the morning of the service date that the electrician was on his way. The electrician was very experienced with pool work. H eremoved the old light and installed the new LED light without any hitches, checked to make sure that the pool light housing was properly grounded and checked the wiring at the circuit box. Found that the wiring of the pool circuit was not up to code and corrected the problem. We were very satisfied with the entire experience and strongly recommend Lightning Bug Electric.
