Showed up as expected with an appropriate sized staff and proceeded to scrub, sweep, and mop until the house sparkled. Hard to tell that we have 2 cats and 2 dogs. Total process took about 3 hours, we were highly satisfied with the quality of work. No issues with anything.

It went very well. Lesley and her crew of 3 cleaning ladies arrived on time and were all very polite and professional. I had a move-in deep cleaning and they seemed to have covered every nook and cranny in my home. I was so impressed that I plan to use them on an on-going weekly basis for general house cleaning. Highly recommend them to others.

This was a $180 big deal purchase. It did not turn out so well. I purchased six hours, kind of got out of their way, and after three hours, I got a phone call saying they were finished. I said I thought they were supposed to be there for six hours and they told me it would be one person for six hours or two people for three hours. They only cleaned part of my house and they did not touch the kitchen. I mean, I was not happy with them at all. It took them all of 10 days to schedule and after waiting all that time they do a half-as*ed job. I would never use them again.

It went very well. They came on a Saturday because it was the only day that worked for us. They were very thorough and cleaned everything we asked them to.

The owner is absolutely amazing. I paid for the service as part of a contract for the people buying my home. They were very picky people and Leslie, the owner, was extremely understanding and responsive to their requests. I think they did an excellent job cleaning the home and it was very satisfactory to me. My only two "complaints" is once we did the actual walk through, the owner said that the special that I purchased for $210 and 7 hours of cleaning would not cover the whole house, so I had to pay another $100. Secondly, I paid extra specifically to have the garage floor swept and mopped (since it is a finished floor). During the initial job, it was overlooked. BUT once I called and told the owner, she came back and completed the job within 24 hours. I would recommend this provider to friends and family.

Great! Used a different company before and this company was far superior. No complaints--couldn't have done better!

Overall, very good. I thought the shutters and blinds could have been cleaner, they might have come out cleaner I think if they had used a damp clothe rather than a dry one. The bathrooms looked good. The kitchen looked good as well. They applied a product to help get wax build up (from the previous owner) off the hardwoods, but they indicated it will take a number of applications. If they manage that over time I will be very happy.

First service was pretty good but second was not as good.

Did a good job. The work completed wasn't exactly what I pictured for "deep cleaning" and there were a few spots missed, but overall it was fine for the deal I purchased!

I am very glad that I called this company, House Elves Cleaning Services LLC. The owner, Lesley, is super nice, very friendly and quite professional. We walked the house and identified exactly what would be done when the cleaning people come to my house. .I'm expecting family to come and visit me and really want my home looking its best. I really believe I found the right company and am looking forward to next week. I will update this review after the work is done.

1789854 I purchased this deal for 6 hours of housecleaning. Overall this is a good company, but unfortunately when I needed to get in contact with them, they were unresponsive. They cancelled our appointment without giving me a clear reason why.

They are very conscientious and extremely easy to work with! Their work is wonderful, they pay attention to detail and make it a point to please their customers. They go that extra mile!

Owner was great and really worked with my ever changing "closing" dates, so I could move right into a clean home!

She was able to give me a quote beforehand. There were two people here doing the work. I looked everything over before they left and the results were fine.

Leslie is the owner and is great. They do a superb job. Leslie will periodically come to the house and ask us about the service and make sure we are happy. Leslie is flexible about scheduling as well. She also treats her crew with respect and it is reflected in their work.

The 2-person team did a very good job at cleaning. A little tricky on working out the time and coordinating but it was worth it.

Not only did owner Lesley promptly respond to my purchase by phone, she quickly came to estimate the job, then she showed up with the team to do my first cleaning. What a refreshing relief after a year of terrible customer service by three other companies. Lesley and her very pleasant team started cleaning the moment they arrived and didn't slow down until the job was done. They folded towels and toilet paper into little fans like a fancy hotel. The house is sparkling clean and fresh from ceiling to floor. I will definitely keep using House Elves, and recommend that you do, too.

I was hesitant to call another cleaning company after the nightmare I had with a previous one but I threw caution to the wind and called House Elves. Soooo happy I did!! The owner Lesley came out and did an evaluation and the price she quoted me did not change! Lesley was very warm and non judgmental about my home not being in tip top tidiness! I will definitely use her company again and her team was wonderful they went over and beyond and didn't charge a penny extra!! They cleaned multiple pained windows, hard wood floors, kitchen and bathrooms, you can't beat that price! Everything was sparkling when complete!

Lack the Staff needed to perform the job in a timely manner. I was still impressed with the company because the owner arrived and did what was needed to adhere to the schedule without rescheduling.

I just bought this house in May. I used another service (not Angie's List) to find someone to just do a deep clean after I moved in. She did an ok job for around the same price, but I didn't like that the first thing she said to me was, "so...what do you want done?" I looked at her and said to myself, "ummm...the DEEP clean I paid for!" Fast forward to today with the House Elves...they knew exactly what needed to be done! The only thing I was asked was if there was something in particular I wanted done. I love that they have a method to how they clean and don't just hunt around the house trying to see what needs to be done--they do EVERYTHING! They all gave great personalities as well, and I felt comfortable with them. The other lady from a few months ago moved a lot of my things. Not just rearranged, but completely moved! The House Elves will arrange your things in a nice neat way--not move them completely. I like the care they put into their work...and my house looks and smells great!

We've used the services of House Elves for six months now and couldn't be more satisfied. Lesley's cleaning crew arrives on time as usual and gets right to work. They start at the back of the house and clean their way toward the front. We work from home some days and are still able to work uninterrupted while they clean, which is amazing in itself. The staff is extremely polite, professional and very thorough. We marvel at how great our house looks when they leave!!! Lesley is great to work with as are all of the House Elves. This is our first cleaning service experience and we were a bit apprehensive, but Lesley won us over on the initial meeting answering all of our many questions and more importantly, backing it up with great quality work. Hire this team!

I hate housecleaning. But I do like a clean house. I also prefer to have the same people in my house every time instead of new people every time. I was probably one of her first clients and since then she has grown in her business which is great! I like Lesley and she does work to accomodate me. For example, we are going out of town and I asked her to come that Monday instead of Friday and she did it. That said, she is a small business and has occasionally revised her schedule so that like locations are cleaned on the same day. It makes sense to minimize travel time which she does not get maid for and maximize the time in the houses cleaning them. The person who complained was upset because Lesley is not large enough to send teams to every location in the city every day. This person is also unhappy with the current person she is using. Finding a good cleaning person is difficult. I value the relationship I have with Lesley and find that I can tell her if something is not what I expected and she takes it professionally -- she fixes it and moves on. I do not hesitate to recommend her..
