About us

House Elves Cleaning Services LLC is a locally owned family run business based in the North Marietta area. We currently have 6 full time cleaners, that have been personally trained by us to do the job the right way every time. We believe in cleaning a house the way it should be cleaned, top to bottom every time! Unlike so many of our competitors that try to gouge you with an expensive "Deep Clean" every six months, if we believe your house needs an initial deep clean (when we visit to give you your Free No Obligation Quote), we will discuss it then, and tell you EXACTLY what it will cost. We've found that many, if not most houses that have been taken care of, don't require an initial deep clean. But if yours does, after the initial clean, it should never need it again, for as long as your House Elves are taking care of it for you. Also, when we first visit with you, we will tell you right then and there what your ongoing cost for Regular Maintenance cleans will be. And we will stand by our quote! Unless you ask for additional services in the future (like Cleaning out the inside of a Refrigerator, or Oven), there will NEVER be any surprise charges in your bill. In other words, if "WE" underbid our quote, "WE" will eat it, and honor our agreements with you to the letter! We provide everything we need to make your home "Sparkle". All you need to do is provide access and let us do the work for you. We already service most of the North Metro Atlanta area, and that coverage is growing all the time. So if we're not servicing your area yet, check back in a few months. We may well be working in your area soon. We offer a wide range of services custom tailored to suit your needs. To our regular customers, we offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Four-Weekly cleans. We also offer one time cleaning services such as Deep Cleans for Move-Ins and Move-Outs, or for those who just want to get their homes ready to go on the market. We are happy to do small jobs too, like Cleaning just your kitchen and Bathrooms. We are VERY flexible, and your Satisfaction is our #1 Priority!

Description of Work: I hired House Elves to clean my three bedroom two bath house. The owner, Lesley, is personable, professional, punctual, honest, and a delight to work with. We first spoke on the phone, and then Lesley came to my home to explain what services would be provided. Lesley and her two employees completed the job expertly. The cleaning service included dusting, washing wood floors, cleaning sinks, tubs, countertops, stove, oven, and the refrigerator. Carpets were vacuumed. Cat hair on my treadmill was removed. My master bathroom was a mess...dirty glass doors, moldly shower tile, and stained shower floor and I said that I would not expect a perfect job. To my pleasant surprise, the tile and glass were gleaming and the tub floor was stain free. Before the cleaning, I was considering remodeling the bath but now will keep it the way it is. I was originally scheduled for a one-time cleaning but scheduled two additional appointments. I would highly recommend House Elves to others.

Description of Work: We interviewed several cleaning services and many seemed good, but we liked Lesley's personality and attention to and awareness of our needs. We asked pointed questions as to their cleaning techniques and were very satisfied with the answers. Their price was well below anyone else we talked to, but their service is just as good or better. They come once a month. They have come 3 times, I believe, and my wife is very satisfied with the work the ladies do, We will continue to use them for the forseeable future. They usually come on a Friday, and Lesley emails the previous Sunday to confirm. I like that. We are very happy with Houseelves and would recommend them to anyone.
