I am a pretty critical person when it comes to contractors and over the last 20 years I can only think of one other company who did work that was so good as to say "perfectly done". In short, I was blown away by the attention to detail, especially on replacing and painting the wood. They cleaned up and left nothing behind as well. I will recommend these guys any chance I get.

They did not show up TWICE! The first time I called them after waiting a couple hours and he said they were running late and wouldn't be able to come that day. Then he sent me an email they would come a few weeks later at 1:00 pm. Again, they did not show up. I called them around 4:00 pm to see where they were. The guy didn't seem to know he had sent the email that they were to come on that day. Then, he said it was raining, it was not where I was, finally he yelled at me because I said I did not want him to set up a third appointment.

Wonderful! They did a perfect job matching the color with existing gutters . They also did an excellent job cleaning up.

Jon was easy to work with. Had some delays due to weather conditions, but that couldn't be helped. Once work began, his crew was quick and efficient. The old roof was removed in a single day and prepped for the new shingles. The next day, the new roof and ridge vent was installed. The crew did a good job with the cleanup, not perfect, but good enough (found a few broken shingles and a couple nails, but no big deal). Next was the gutter crew and in about 6 hours, the old gutters were removed, new gutters installed and a few feet of bad fascia boards replaced. Price came in as quoted and my wife and I are happy with the results. If I ever need new gutters or roofing, I would be glad to work with Jon again.

Removal and replacing siding went very well. But it took a couple of weeks for them to come back to paint. Once they arrived, painting process was done quickly.

Jon was great - came out quickly, assessed the problem and was able to work us into his schedule quickly. They did a great job - color matched the existing gutter we had - and I really appreciated he didn't try to upsell us to replace our entire gutter system. The work quality was great. We'll definitely call Jon again in the future.

It went great. They arrived promptly, did a great job with the siding and paint, and cleaned up after themselves. The finished siding looks wonderful, and they matched the paint perfectly.

The crew tested the area with a house and found the leak which was coming from a gap in the roof. The caulked the area, but this only temporarily and partially fixed the problem. I paid the contractor when I sent payment after the caulking, I called Jon Tremain the owner. Jon said although his card said roofing, he did not do roofing repairs and I would have to contact someone who does roofing repairs. He only does complete roof replacements. I feel I got "taken" on this project and will now need to get someone else to fix the problem. The work included other gutter adjustments which were done, but the main reason why I used this company was to fix to water leak that is getting past the gutters. Gutter Creations needs to take roofing off of their services because they do not do roof repairs in addition to gutters. I would not use this company again. I thought I was getting a bargain. You get what you pay for...

Good communication, timely work, good quality, fair price... nothing to complain about.

No issues to note. Looks good and no leaks or problems. Easy to work with and no surprises. The only small issue I had was with clean up...some roof nails left on driveway...a minor quibble. Also gave good quote for windows and gutters but a similar contractor won out on the basis of a friends recommendation.

They did it while I was at work, the gutters look great. There was no mess and I even get compliments on the work. I've referred my friends to them.

Always receive good, prompt service from this company. We have used this company a couple years ago for gutter replacement too.
