Gutter Creations was very helpful in scheduling my repair around my hectic schedule while being out of country. The work repair was done by skilled workmen, the painter did a superb job and cleanup was terrific. Now the completed work looks better then what the original builder left me with.

Used this company (which sub contracts) for gutters. The gutter crew did not show on the scheduled day. After they did show up and install the gutters with mesh gutter guards, rain poured in one window every time it rained. I called and sent video. Owner of this company asked me what had changed?? Said he'd send someone but never did. After a number of phone calls and text messages with photos, he never showed up and quit answering and responding. I had to pay a separate person to take the gutters down and redo. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

This was a great service experience. Jon came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of my initial contact. He thoroughly reviewed our needs and suggested that we install white gutters with terratone covers to match our roof - he was the only person to suggest this to us and it looks really nice. Once we decided to go with Gutter Creations, they arrived to do our job a week later. A small crew worked diligently and as quietly as possible, considering that old gutters had to be torn off and completely replaced. The job site was left clean, apart from a few stray screws (so sweep your driveway after they're gone!) After a couple of days, Jon called to be certain that we were 100% happy, and we are.

Jon Tremain and the Gutter Creations team did a great job removing our old gutters, installing new gutters, downspouts, and hard gutter covers, and cleaning up. They responded quickly to scope out the project and deliver an estimate. They showed up on time and completed the work well and within the time they estimated (in a day). They were careful and seemed to do good work. They left the area clean. The seamless aluminum gutters look great. The final cost was exactly what they estimated.

I had gutter covers replaced on my house and my daughters. We were very pleased with the work and crew. They were thorough and cleaned up as they worked. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I can honestly say hiring Jon and his crew was one of my better decisions for 2020. Thank you for these jobs well done.

We are happy with our experience with Gutter Creations. The owner, Jon Tremain, was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all my email questions even if I sent them at 8 pm or later. The work was well done and the crew was polite and accommodating. I did need them to return to my property to fix a few issues I found after they left. The crew returned the next business day. We did disagree on one of the issues I raised, but the crew leader proposed a mutually beneficial solution to the problem and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results. I would recommend this company.

Gutters are one of the most important things you can add to your home. Be aware of who you hire! We had 3 different companies come out and give us quotes and we thought we made a good choice with Jon Tremain/ Gutter Creations. HOWEVER, learn from our mistake! Do not hire Jon Tremain/ Gutter Creations for any work on your home. We paid him cash in full and he has yet to finish 3 items we were concerned with after the job was completed, one being the ENTIRE reason we hired him - a gutter that always overflowed. His lack of follow through on a downspout we had concern with was potentially the factor in our entire basement flooding on 10/10/2020. We have written him and he “Disagrees” with our assessment of the situation. We have given him plenty of opportunities to make right on the situation. Unfortunately he has chosen not to, therefore we are possibly going to have to take legal action at this point.
