Description of Work: The 2 men who showed up to do the job used no safety equipment while up on my roof that is 2-3.5 stories tall. This was not known until we went out to check on them when they were almost finished. They couldn't communicate effectively what was done as they did not speak English. |the work was completed to standard, however not using industry standard safety measures, lack of effective communication skills puts this organization on the list of I would not use their services in the future. |The owner was very pleasant to work and promptly worked with us for rescheduling, but safety comes first in my book.

Description of Work: They responded quickly to the add and I had a very professional conversation and set a date for them to come out. When Jon came out for the appointment, I had all of the gutters that needed to be replaced sitting besides the house and could easily have been measured. I had pre-paid for 50 feet of replacement. Jon, the owner said he had to measure in case some pieces were missing. He eye-balled it from the ground and used a measurer as he walked the distance from the ground. He told me there was more and it would be an additional $86. I needed it to be done and okayed the installation, even though I knew I was under the 50 feet that was pre-paid. When his workers came out, they did not have enough material and had to come back a week later to finish the job. I had a sour taste in my mouth over the whole transaction and delayed the payment of the final $86 for about a month until I just wanted it behind me and made the final payment.

Description of Work: The company's publicity says they repair roofs, too. They only focused on the gutters, without really looking at the roof. Repairs were done in time and with quality, for the gutters.

Description of Work: They replaced one of my rain gutters and downspouts. It was difficult to find someone who would come out and replace such a small section of gutter without charging a minimum of $500.00. | |The workers arrived within a reasonable time from the estimate given. They worked hard, fast, were very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use Gutter Creations in the future for roof work I may need to have done eventually.

Description of Work: Installed brand new gutters and gutter toppers. I've had them a year and have had no clogs, though the oak tree "caterpillar-like things" still sit on top of them. Overall I'm happy with the service and the product. They were prompt, professional, left the place clean, and I think it was a well-worth home improvement project.

Description of Work: Jon was very professional and his team was on time to perform the specified work on the agreed-upon install date. Jon was also very honest about what gutters really needed upgrading and what existing gutters were sufficient. He didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need--which was appreciated. New gutters were installed quickly and professionally. Will definitely use Gutter Creations again in the future.

Description of Work: They replaced a gutter and downspout. They had to replace a board that was damaged but did not paint it. However, they said they did not do the damage but replaced it anyway. I don't know for sure if they did the damage or not. They did a good job overall.
