Description of Work: I needed my gutter replaced and the consultant came out and measured the house and we decided on a date. I specifically asked if I owed any more money, and he advised the amount I had paid on the special was suffient. On the day the technicians came, I had to call twice to see when they were coming, they were very nice and did a good job. I am pleased with the work. My main problem is I got a bill for $190.00 which was a surprise and when I called Jon explained there was somthing wrong with the way the shingles were installed and they needed to add about 30 feet of flashing. It's not that I mind the extra expense, but I would have liked to know when they found the problem that they told me. I just don't like surprises when it involved my cash flow. They did a good job, so I would recommend because of the quality of work.

Scheduling and installation went well without any hiccups. Gutters look great and attention to detail (slope of gutter grade, downspout placement)was noticeable. Management courteous and professional as well. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Not sure about the exact date they did the gutters, it was sometime in the middle of August. They came out to take a look at the job and measured each side to be 26 ft so I was 2 ft. over the 50' limit. Also my soffit and fascia was loose for about 7 feet on one side. I was told that it would be an additional $219 for them to do the gutter job and pop back into place the soffit and fascia when they attached the new gutter. $518 total was more than I thought it would be so ended up being about the same price as Home Depot's quote; I had already paid for the deal so accepted the plan. My only complaint was they damaged (tore) a small piece when putting the soffit/fascia back into place and tried to cover it by shooting a little white spray paint on the tear and didn't tell me about it, I happened to see them when looking out my bedroom window. Otherwise everything was great, the guys left everything clean and were very quick doing the work.
