Description of Work: I had my very bad, leaky gutters replaced with new gutters, downspouts and covers. The company owner, Jon Tremain, first came to give me an estimate, which was far below what I had been quoted by two other companies. The crew that came to do the work were very professional and fast. They had everything completed, including all cleanup, in about 4 1/2 hours. The new gutters look amazing and work great! I am so pleased and will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Replaced front porch gutter with a larger capacity gutter. Replaced rotted wood beneath gutter and added a barrier between gutter and porch roof because water leaked between as the shingles placed by another provider were too short to meet with gutter. Very happy with the new gutter but the metal used between the gutter and the porch roof shingles to bridge the gap is not exactly aesthetically pleasing as it can be seen on half the length of the gutter. Otherwise, I'm happy with the service.

Unfotortunately that metal needs to be there to prevent intrusion from animals and water. Not having the proper flashing is probably what caused the wood rot in the first place. When the roof is replaced we can extend the shingles to the correct length and add metal drip-edge to conceal the issue. Thanks for the business Jon Tremain President Gutter Creations Inc.

Description of Work: They weren't able to do the job because it was in canton ga (out of their area) so I just assumed I wouldn't be charged for the (non) service. HOWEVER, you all charged the 299 to my credit card and now you say I cant get a refund? Whats with that? Very disappointed.......

Description of Work: Jon (not sure what his title is exactly) was easy to understand when he came out to quote us a more accurate rate and address our needs. Afterwards, I had to continuously follow up with him to ask when I could expect the work to be done. I had been given a window of dates, and was not clear on when anything would be done because they were running behind in other jobs. Finally, they came out and replaced my gutters. The actual workers that came out did a good job, and they were efficient and personable. They did leave some debris behind ( e.g. Nails/metal pieces), but besides that, I am happy with the gutters so far!
