Jon came out to take a look at a leaking gutter and recommended a replacement of a small section, but said the rest of the house looked fine and that a helmet-system wasn't needed at this point, given the age and proximity of my trees. He was on time for his appointment and his crew arrived right when he said they would. It only took them an hour and they did a great job.

Fantastic job! Jon was very responsive in returning my call, discussing the quote in detail, and going over all of the charges. The new gutters look great and seem to be performing very well so far. The total did come to a bit more than the original estimate, but I had expected it, since I was fairly sure some of the wood would need replacing; Jon had also given me the rate that would cost per foot in advance. I would definitely recommend Gutter Creations.

I called Gutter Creations after reading the reviews on Angie's list and not having any luck with another company that we were trying to work with. The owner, Jon, answered the phone and was very friendly and professional. He made an appt. to come out and give us an estimate based on the repairs that the other company who did the inspection said were needed. Jon arrived on time and in the rain. He took a look at the gutters on our house and recommended getting the entire gutter system replaced instead of making repairs. He gave me an estimate of $1209 for replacing the old ones and adding a downspout and small section on the front porch. He was very professional. The price that he quoted was too high, so we are going with another company instead as they are doing basically the same thing (minus the small additional gutter over the front stoop) for $550. They also come highly recommended.

It was a very good experience. They were very good at what they did for us and the price was very reasonable.

Everything went well. Gutter Creations was gracious enough to coordinate the roof replacement with my management company and the tenant so that the disruption to my tenant was minimized. The finished product was good...the roof looks great with no leaks. The work area was left neat and clean.

Jon Tremain, our Sales Rep visited our home for an estimate to install gutters and gutter guards. He was professional and polite with no high pressured sales pitch. He was aware of our tight budget and worked with us to get a product that would be sufficient for our needs. Out of three Vendors we contacted Gutter Creations was the best value for a quality product. Customer Service very helpful in setting up install date. Crew arrived on time and began work immediately with the install.They took their time: very conscientious about the install. All of our questions and concerns were addressed. Any debris was hauled away and the area left tidy. We are very pleased with Gutter Creations and definitely recommend them to anyone.

Gutter Creations showed up when scheduled and accomplished all services propmised, cleaning up the area completely before leaving. The manager followed up to assure that all services were completed to our satisfaction.

From the estimate, to the start and finish of the job, they did excellent work. The owner did not steer me to making premature repairs or expensive metals to repair my gutters. I thought they were honest, fair, professional and courteous.

We have a 1979 contemporary style home that needed new gutters. We had holes that had rusted through, and the size of the gutters were actually smaller than they should have been. We had a run off problem from the back of our house that was ruining our deck. We had three companies give us estimates and Gutter Creations gave us a reasonable price with availability as early as we might need them. We sent Jon a note about a month after we had him provide an estimate to see if his team had availability. They were at the house that same week, and the work was completed in a matter of hours. The team was friendly, professional, and cleaned up as though they'd not even been to the house. The gutters are beautiful and there is no longer a problem with the run off on the back of our house. We would use this company again, and have already given their name off to one of our neighbors.

We had them clean and replace some of the gutters on our house.From the first call till the follow up after the works were done, they were very professional and painless to work with. The owner (I believe) came out in the next day of my call to give me an estimate, got the job done in a week as promised. So the owner looked at it carefully and said the wood was in fine shape, both fascia and soffit, and that the gutter simply needed to be leveled and screwed in rather than nailed in...no big deal!Then he proceeded to look at all the corners, downspouts and 2 rain barrels and asked if I had any concerns about anything, which I did and asked him about all that we had done to retrofit rain barrels, cut off the downspouts to fit and other worries. He looked carefully at everything else and said we were in great shape, drainage was good, etc.It was a REALLY refreshing to meet someone who said 'it's not as bad as you think', especially when it comes to a contractor. He was great - I was ready to throw down for new gutters and wood and he said we didn't need that. Awesome experience.

The gutters look great! Jon was very punctual and professional. I have yet to see if they can handle a big rain storm, but Jon assured me that if they did not, he would come and make it right. I did have one small problem...there was some garbage and nails left in my driveway after installation. Jon sounded concerned and offered to come and sweep with the magnet again. This was not necessary, and he offered to repair any flat tires we might have from the nails. Overall, a good experience and I would fell good about doing business with this company in the future.

We liked everything about them. They did everything that they said they were going to do. We have got one window that is yet to be installed, but everything is great. The windows work well. They did the installation in one day. They have good people that come out and Mr. Tremain, the owner comes out. He is very good, and we can call him and get what we need. The windows look great and from the street it almost looks like a newly constructed home. We had several people come out, and their price was great among all. We will recommend them.

We initially contacted them to replace all gutters and downspouts as the builder had placed gutters that were too small on our home, so we needed to upgrade to a larger size. We had planned to spend $5,000 based on the estimates from two other gutter installation firms. A friend who had used Gutter Creations for gutters and minor roof repair was raving about them and the quality of their work, so based on her recommendation, we contacted them. We now understand why she gave such great reviews of them. Jon is professional, knowledgeable and was actually honest when they came out to give us our estimate. He told us there was likely a much less expensive way to handle our issue. I am so glad we listened to him. We love the solution they created and it saved us $3,000. I wish all contractors conducted themselves this way! Jon is all about getting the work done - he's professional, punctual, on top of the latest technology in his industry and he wants to offer good quality at a fair price. In addition, I was actually out of town when the team completed the work, but with the exception of a few misplaced deck furnishings, it was hard to tell that they'd even been here because they left everything so clean. I was thoroughly impressed and have no doubt who we will call if we ever need any services he provides again. Our friend who referred them was right- finding them was worth the Angie's List membership fee.

Overall, I had a good experience with Gutter Creations. I did have a few problems at first. They installed new gutters when I only wanted the guards. I did need new gutters, but I hadn't planned on doing it this year. I worked with them and they delayed payment for the gutters for a few months which I really appreciated. I also had to have them come back to fix a few things. As soon as I notified them of the problems, they sent someone out the very next day to fix it. I am very picky about how things are done and these guys did exactly what I hoped they would do.

They did a great job. They were number one in customer service. We were contacted promptly. When the person came out here to give the estimate he was on time, he was thorough and the guys that actually came out to do the work they were on point and they did a good job.

I was very pleased with the overall work effort and workmanship of the finished product. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone wanting new gutters.

Overall, we felt they did an excellent job and would recommend them to anyone. He understood that my husband had been out of work for over a year and we were looking to have the minimum done for a good price. Even though the final price was higher due to more wood being replaced, we still felt like it was a good deal. They cleaned up the mess and the house looks great and now my back gutter doesn't leak onto the air conditioner!

Great experience. This is the second company that I called for a comparison estimate because I always shop around a bit before selecting a contractor. John arrived on schedule and closely inspected my entire roof and existing gutters. He pulled out a demo unit of the gutter guards that I had requested and explained why there were better quality than the ones that other providers had shown me previously. He also came in at half the price of the previous estimate I had received because he explained that, while he *could* replace all of my existing gutters and then install the guards, it would be a waste of money because my existing gutters were in great condition and he could install the gutter guards on them and they would fit perfectly. The previous company told me that I needed to replace all or most of my existing gutters but John explain why this was not the cast and pointed it out in detail. The team arrived on schedule - there were three guys (only 1 of them spoke english). They got straight to work and it took about 3 hours to do my entire house. They were apparently enjoying themselves while working because I heard shouts of "wooooo" and "wooo-hoooo" and loud exclamations in spanish comong from my rooftop most of the time. While this suprised me, I checked on them and they were working hard and doing quality work, so I didn't mind (thought I'm sure the neighbors probably thought it was a bit strange), but who am I to get in the way of good work! Overally - yes, I've already recommended Gutter Creations to many of my friends. They were great. John is a really nice guy too!
