I was happy with the job, but we had some confusion between the original quote and the actual work to be done. The owner, John, came out for the quote and was very professional and courteous. He only quoted me for a portion of the gutters instead of the entire house, so when the workers arrived to do the work, they did not understand(language barrier) what I was telling them. It took several minutes to get John on the phone to clear up the matter. In the end, the workers were able to re-measure the entire house and we able to complete the work that day. The price was reasonable and the work was acceptable as well.

Did not meet expectations or commitments of the estimate

Really good experience from the start...scheduled the estimate quickly, presented multiple options and was both personable and professional. Once we decided to schedule the job, Jon knew that time was of the essence for us and worked us in to the schedule quickly. The work looks great...you wouldn't think gutters could improve the overall appearance of the house as much as they did in our case. Have already recommended Gutter Creations to family and won't hesitate to recommend in the future.

I called Gutter Creations and was able to set up an appointment for an estimate that same day. Jon Tremain was out for the estimate when he said he would be, we discussed a number of options to solve the problems I had, and he sent me a quote for all the various options within 24 hours. I selected and scheduled, but because I had a small job, he was going to fit me in and call me over the next week to 10 days to schedule. That was fine with me. The gutter person actually showed up 3 days later without first calling, but that was OK because I was home and able to direct his work. The downspout was connected and all the seams were sealed. My gutters are all now working perfectly. There was one seam he missed, but fortunately I caught that before he left the job, and he was happy to take care of it, even though he had to unload his ladders again. The contractor was very professional and very pleasant to work with. There was no money due till after the job was completed. I got a call about 2-3 days later from Jon Tremain to make sure I was satisfied, and I gave him a credit card for payment. The price was as agreed, which I had thought was a very fair price. I still have not received the physical invoice, though the charge was processed. If there is any issue , it is only in the area of communication, but we've had tons of rain, and I'm sure they are inundated with business, so I'm OK with this. The rest was excellent, and I would use them again and recommend them.

Joe Tremain came out and provided an estimate when he said he would. The worked was scheduled and performed on time (even with the bad weather we had leading up to my date).

Jon Tremain, the service provider was prompt and very professional. The quote for services was more than $400 less expensive than others I had received. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Every thing went well. We have been having some unusually large amounts of rain recently. The original gutter we had was not able to drain the roof water quick enough and was causing water to back up. We called Gutter Creations. They came out to the house, made their assessment and took care of the problem, sent us a bill...all while we were away. Their service is excellent. It's nice not to have to be at home waiting for them to show up and fix the issue (they actually know what they are doing--very professional). They are very trust worthy. They send you a bill for work completed satisfaction guaranteed and you send them a check. Very old school. I like dealing with honest people. I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family as well as use their services in the future if needed.

They arrived within a half-day of our agreed time. Workmanship was fine and was completed in two days. I have no complaints.

The Installers arrived at the time they stated. They immediately started with the removal of the gutter guards, gutters and damaged wood around the house. When completed, they installed the new primed wood,gutters and gutter guards. They painted the new installed wood and cleaned up. They worked non-stop until the project was completed. When they left, everything was cleaned up and the house looked great.

Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. That includes all the interactions between us and the actual products and installation. The covers work as described, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gutter Creations to others and to use them again if the need arises.

I'm writing this review about 4 months afterwards and I am still very happy. They look great (i.e., blend in nicely) and work great. No gutter issues the entire fall or winter....

Professional service from the gentlemen giving me a quote.

Contacted owner who visited our home and examined the area. He presented the options as to type of gutter material and covers. We selected the matching house color and he proposed a date for installation working around weather condiitons. The crew appeared on schedule and worked until everything was completed. The payment was then made with the owner via telephone using a credit card.

My neighbor had called one gutter guy, got a price and was trying to get us to agree to their system for nearly $4800. I joined Angie's List and did a search, gave my neighbor a few more names. We decided to go with Gutter Creations because they were prompt, gave us a great price and offered a superior product. In addition, we were a row of townhomes so they arranged 3 warranties as well as arranging to take 1/3 of the payment from each of us. He was so accommodating and DID GREAT work! We are very pleased with Gutter Creations!

John came out as scheduled and gave me a price that was in line with other bids. We agreed on a price and scheduled the work. They came out as planned and completed the work. Gutters look great and they cleaned up after themselves.

Everything went really well. They came in and did what they said they were going to do. The bill was correct. We are happy. The people were good and when we requested the bid, they got back to us right away. They were able to do the job that week.

Gutter Creations Inc. did a very nice job. It went very well. They were very professional. They thoroughly explained their gutter system versus others and why theirs is superior. They did it within a day, and the cleanup was excellent.

We are very pleased and happy with them. They showed up when they said they were going to for their quote and then they came and did the work exactly when they said they were going to that's always refreshing. I would use them again.

The over all job was performed as promised.

They were professional. Jon came out and gave a comprehensive estimate. Crew showed up on time and performed work to my satisfaction. The gutter covers are working well in keeping the gutters clear, but in moderate rain water flows over the covers and gutters onto the patio. The only concern is price. We used an Angie's List coupon for 1/2 price for $500 of work. The work done was billed at $673, less our Angie's List deal we ended up paying $422 total for the work. Even considering the discounted rate it seems like a premium price for gutter work. I got a quote for some additional gutter installation but held off due to the price.

Jon the owner came by the house. Walked around the property took measurements and gave me a veribal quote for the instulation of 6 inch gutters, gutter covers and down spouts. The quot seemed reasonalble and the project required one day to complete. Later on Novenber 14, I received a written qoute by email as promised. The work was done after thanksgiven. They removed the old gutters and installed the new gutters, covers and down spouts as agreed and within the price quoted. I am pleased with the installation and would use them again.

The work was done very effeciently and in a professional manner. All of the scraps from the new and old gutters were removed and the job site left clean. The foreman on the job made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. Overall the experience was good and I would definitely use them again.

I contacted three contractors via email and received one response. Jon Tremain came out and quoted me on the gutters with what seemed to me to be a fair price. I waited for a couple of weeks to see if anyone else was going to contact me but they did not so I decided to go with Gutter Creations. The contractors came when they said they would. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up everything when they left. The gutters blend in with the shingle color so they look great. I am very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend Gutter Creations to anyone looking to replace their gutters. I am also glad that I was able to keep my business very local as they are located in the same zip code as me. The only thing I was disappointed with was that neither of the other two contractors ever contacted me to give me a quote...it is their loss.
