Work was timely and professionally done.

This was a great service experience. Jon came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of my initial contact. He thoroughly reviewed our needs and suggested that we install white gutters with terratone covers to match our roof - he was the only person to suggest this to us and it looks really nice. Once we decided to go with Gutter Creations, they arrived to do our job a week later. A small crew worked diligently and as quietly as possible, considering that old gutters had to be torn off and completely replaced. The job site was left clean, apart from a few stray screws (so sweep your driveway after they're gone!) After a couple of days, Jon called to be certain that we were 100% happy, and we are.

Jon Tremain and the Gutter Creations team did a great job removing our old gutters, installing new gutters, downspouts, and hard gutter covers, and cleaning up. They responded quickly to scope out the project and deliver an estimate. They showed up on time and completed the work well and within the time they estimated (in a day). They were careful and seemed to do good work. They left the area clean. The seamless aluminum gutters look great. The final cost was exactly what they estimated.

I had gutter covers replaced on my house and my daughters. We were very pleased with the work and crew. They were thorough and cleaned up as they worked. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I can honestly say hiring Jon and his crew was one of my better decisions for 2020. Thank you for these jobs well done.

We are happy with our experience with Gutter Creations. The owner, Jon Tremain, was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all my email questions even if I sent them at 8 pm or later. The work was well done and the crew was polite and accommodating. I did need them to return to my property to fix a few issues I found after they left. The crew returned the next business day. We did disagree on one of the issues I raised, but the crew leader proposed a mutually beneficial solution to the problem and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results. I would recommend this company.

Gutters are one of the most important things you can add to your home. Be aware of who you hire! We had 3 different companies come out and give us quotes and we thought we made a good choice with Jon Tremain/ Gutter Creations. HOWEVER, learn from our mistake! Do not hire Jon Tremain/ Gutter Creations for any work on your home. We paid him cash in full and he has yet to finish 3 items we were concerned with after the job was completed, one being the ENTIRE reason we hired him - a gutter that always overflowed. His lack of follow through on a downspout we had concern with was potentially the factor in our entire basement flooding on 10/10/2020. We have written him and he “Disagrees” with our assessment of the situation. We have given him plenty of opportunities to make right on the situation. Unfortunately he has chosen not to, therefore we are possibly going to have to take legal action at this point.

We are very pleased with the pricing, product, and installation performance of Gutter Creations Inc! From the start, Jon was very prompt in every action he took. He got in touch quickly after my initial inquiry, then within 24 hours, had all of our measurements done and issued a quote that handily beat all of his competitors. Once the work was completed by the crew, he called to make sure that we were completely satisfied before issuing the invoice that matched his quote exactly. We have already referred Gutter Creations to several of our friends and will continue to do so in the future. If you need quality gutters at a very reasonable price, you need look no further Jon and his team -- we feel very fortunate to have found them.

The work was good, but they arrived 2 days late. I received an email from them on Sunday, stating I was on the schedule for “tomorrow afternoon” (Monday). They didn’t show up until Wednesday morning.

He came out when he said he would. They showed up on time to do the job. Great work as well!

Excellent job. They came to the house and did an assessment of what was needed. I thought I had to replace all the gutters but they said it was not needed and gave me their point of view. They ended up repairing some damage and changing one gutter. Very honest people, they won't sell you stuff you don't need. This almost never happens. They completed the job in a very professional and clean way. The price felt right as well. I recommend them 100%.

Jon came out the same day I called him to see if the gutters or siding were causing water damage in my home. He showed up right on time and after inspecting everything, determined that the water damage is due to another issue. He did not try to sell me anything after letting me know that his company would not be able to assist. I will call him again if I ever need anything that his company can do.

Jon was a joy to work with. He offered fair price and good service.

We requested quotes from several top listed companies. Gutter Creations did a great job promptly replying and coming out to measure, came out the next day, and offered a quote. No hassles or games. We had a hard time choosing which company and which product and price. Thanks Jon for your quote. It was close!

Jon Tremain made contact and visited our house based on a scheduled appointment. Jon was very efficient in his visit and had a price for me when he was done. He then sent a quote for the work. His crew did a great job and when asked to modify a connection from the downspout to a rain barrel they were very accommodating. We were very please with their work and our house looks great. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

I am updating my original review. The crew supervisor came out on the next day, looked at the job and scheduled the siding replacement job and the painting on specific days and the crews appeared promptly and finished the job exactly as scheduled. The crews were very professional, did a good job, and left the work site very clean. The price is excellent and exactly what I was quoted. Apparently, the crew supervisor explained, they had run into significant problems on the job they were in the middle of (at the time mine was scheduled) which delayed my project and he was very apologetic. As this really was first experience working with contractors, I have learned that you can not really rely on them being precise in completing their work as scheduled. The timing is unpredictable. I had a lot going on with work that week and was not prepared for this lack of predictability! Live and learn.

The workers showed up on time and were nice and professional. The new gutters along with 25 ft of fascia boards were installed - old gutters and debris were removed. What I appreciated most is that pine needles were already removed from the roof by the time I remembered to ask. The gutters look great and made this house, built in 1989, look 25 years younger.

The only company that was actually willing to repair rather than try to sell me a new gutter system. Owner came out to give estimate as scheduled and installers were on scene shortly thereafter. Great repair experience.

We had new gutters installed (work did not include removal of old gutters). Jon was very responsive and prompt. The company did a fantastic job. Price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend. Be sure to watch for differences in gutter sizes when getting quotes. We got 6” seamless gutters from Gutter Creations for the same price as 4” from another company.

Had all old gutters replaced with seamless gutters at a very reasonable price. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job quickly. They were professional and redesigned a problem area with one of the downspouts from the original gutter installation.

They showed up on time and did good work. The new gutters and replaced facia boards look good, blend in, and seem to work well when it rains. A previous contractor had given me a slightly lower quote but failed to show up.

The workers worked quick and efficient. They had some delays due to rain, but finished the job quickly. I would definitely recommend this company. He gave me a reasonable quote. I had received others prior to hiring them. The final figure was exactly the quoted amount. NO surprises. Loved that!
