We did not have to be at home. Crew installed and completed work it looks amazing! We did everything over phone and will have them out to do back of house soon.

Gutter Creations were fine. They were professional, timely and followed up.

They were very pleasant and informative. I would use them in a heartbeat for gutter work. I was unable to describe what I needed and they were unable to perform the work that applied to the coupon unfortunately. I really have the highest regard for this company.

Gutter Creations provides fantastic service! Three times I told the crew assigned to my job that I thought they had done a good job repairing a gutter corner that was damaged by a falling tree. Three times they were not satisfied, and they took it apart and reworked the repair. The fourth attempt met their standard, and far exceeded mine! It looked (and worked) as well, or better, than the original installation. Gutter Creations solved a major water problem for me in about 20 minutes. I asked Jon Tremain (the owner) to schedule me for an annual gutter inspection. He said that I should not need that, but that he would send a crew if I had a need and called him. If I need gutters installed or repaired, I will call Jon at Gutter Creations. The price is right, and the service is Exceptional!

Very prompt and professional. Came out and gave me a bid. Did the work less than a week later. They even came a day early. I would use again if we need more gutter work.

John Tremain was wonderful to work with. We discussed my needs, he explained everything and gave me a good price. The work was done a few days later and everything was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

The installers arrived early and went right to work. They finished in slightly less than an hour. The new gutter looked better than the original one when it was brand new. They removed all of the old gutter. I would definately use them again.

They were on time and done gone in no time and all waste/scrap was also hauled away.

It was fine. I guess their price is comparable to the area. The people who installed it didn't speak English very well but then that's to be expected in Atlanta. They were fine. They were competent. I found them on Angie's List.

However, after he replaced my gutters, we had a heavy rain and my basement flooded. I found that one of my gutters had slanted back towards my roof, which caused the gutters and downspouts to overflow. He came back later and fixed the gutter, and said that the flooding due to a divet in the roof from roof rot. He should have noticed that the gutter was installed wrong the first time. **UPDATE** Atlanta's Best Gutters came out and confirmed that the gutters were installed improperly, without flashing behind the gutters. They are training right into my roof and has caused all kinds of damage.

Overall very well. They damaged an outdoor receptacle cover and left a trail of debris on the driveway when they departed - but neither is a particularly big deal. The work performed was of good quality, the supervisor was professional and polite.

He seems really knowledgeable and explained about the different types of gutters in detail. He responded to my email quickly and was on time for the appointment.

It was simple to schedule an appointment and it turned out fine. They ended up doing the deal before I signed off on it. They provided me with a quote and I was going to get back with them. However, they ended up coming back and installing the cover without me giving the go forward on it.

Installed gutters on our garage as part of new outdoor kitchen. They routed the downspouts so they are almost invisible and matched the trim color exactly. Very easy to work with and did a great job.

The owner seems nice and responded propmptly. But I have to spend money to fix the window frame now. Not fare!

They came by when I was out and fixed everything and billed me later. I think the price was pretty reasonable.

Very responsive to my inquiry. I thought the price was high, but I wanted the work done right so I was willing not to go with a higher price. A crew showed up on the correct day to install flashing around our porch and install a new downspout. I walked out about halfway through there work and noticed the crew was putting up dirty, moldy, pre-used flashing up around our porch. This was very upsetting. I called the owner right away. He quickly said he would call the crew and hung up on me. This was a bit disturbing. I had to miss an appointment because I didn't trust that they would take down the already installed used flashing. They did remove it and installed new flashing. This took more time because the new flashing had to be cut. Ultimately, the job was done correctly. Hindsight, I wish the manager was on the job in the beginning to monitor the crew and make sure they were doing what they were supposed to. A manager did show up, but it was at the end. He would have know way of knowing how bad the flashing was they put up (the dirt on mold were on the side that went next to the wood of the house). Bottom line - knowledgable owner, untrustworthy crew.

After more than 3 visits by the company's crew to my house to repair (and re-repair) my gutters' corners, several corners are still leaking. I asked why my gutters are apparently so difficult for them and got no reply. I contacted the company again today. I hope they will make things right.
