Jon came out and gave me a quote to fix a leaking gutter on the back of our home. He was honest and said the best way to fix the leaking gutter long term is to replace the gutter with a larger gutter that can support the volume of water coming down the back of the home. Jon had a crew out to our home the following week to replace the gutter. They did a nice job matching the new gutter color with our current paint trim. So far no leaks on the new gutter. I highly recommend this company!

Replaced the gutter that was causing the problem and advised me what to do with the other gutters on the house over the next few years in order to save money.

They did a nice job. I thought they had a reasonable price. I liked the fact that they had good reviews, so they were an established business. They seemed to use a quality product and it looks like they did nice job. The only thing that I didn't like was they were very late showing up and actually the day we had agreed upon, they didn't show up at all and didn't call to let me know. I had to call and he said that they were rescheduling, but they didn't let me know. I would say we had some communication issues. But once they got here and did the work, everything was fine. I would use them again, but I would just make sure we are clear.

Great professional representation. Good quality material and workmanship. The only problem I had was that the workers missed our appointment time and didn't show up until the next day. (unannounced). I was just leaving when they showed up and delayed me in what I was going to do. Also my Rottweiler was on the back porch where they needed to work. If they would have gone out there without me, well let's just say that would've been interesting. I'm sorry but if you can't make an appointment their is no reason to not make a phone call. Saying all of that I would probably use them again in the future.

The estimate included reusing my downspouts which I appreciated. The job was completed in one afternoon and all remnants of the old gutters were hauled away. Very professional and well done.

instead of just not responding this company gave us another name to call to take care of our gutter needs. It was great, if we need them in future we will consider them first becuase they took the time to help us out. Gutter Done is not listed but they were great all due this this recommedation. Jon was very friendly and came out quickly for an estimate to replace my siding. However, we ran into a problem with removing the lead paint clapboard underneath my siding. He attempted to find a vendor who could handle that aspect of the work, but was unable to. He did not always respond quickly to my emails for a status and could not explain the large difference in prices quoted to him by the vendors he did contact. Although I was disappointed the process of removing/replacing my siding didn't go smoother (in my area of town, lead paint is a very common issue), I do plan to use him for my gutter replacement.

With the exception of an equipment malfunction which made the job move into a second day, my expectations were met. The crew was industrious, hard working and focused. Product looks great and clean hop was excellent.

Spoke with the owner today who although could not do my job, did give me references. I appreciated honesty and if I ever need gutter service would have no problem contacting them again.

Showed up at scheduled time, introduced themselves and got right to work. Replaced old gutters and even replaced rotten fascia quickly for a reasonable charge. Took care of an old gutter issue underneath a deck as well.

We have pine trees and hoping this helps eliminate most clogging problems. I was very pleased with their professionalism and work ethics.
