Jon came to our home on time and explained the different gutter guards. He explained how it is installed and what the warranty covers. Jon instructed me to use the two packages on Angies List since it would cost me less with the packages for gutters and gutter guards. We scheduled the install 2 days later. The installers came on time and got to work immediately. I worked with the installers on where I wanted the down spouts to be placed. They followed my instructions perfectly. I was very impressed with the quality of the products and professionally they were installed. I would highly recommend Gutter Creations to anyone needing gutters.

They were very professional and courteous. The total cost for the job was over $800, which seemed excessive for the size of the job. I contacted a company that I used previously and they were $300 cheaper. I opted to go with Gutter works because of this price difference.

Great! Was able to give diagnosis of issue over phone, then came out to confirm. Was easy to talk to and performed services for the estimated price.

They replaced gutters, fascia and down spout. He was straight forward with his quote and he knew what he was going to do. I also asked him a question and he answered it right away. He asked me what colors I wanted for the fascia so it would match the color of our house. He put a primer on the fascia. The guys showed up on time and they did good work and they cleaned up. I was very satisfied and I will use him again.

The gutter attachment repair to my existing gutter structure was done well and in a reasonable time. John visited my home, assessed the requirement, and honored the Angie quote. Gutter Creations' two man team came on time, and completed the work well under two hours. I recommend the company with no reservations.

They did well. The covers worked fairly well.

I’ve used them twice. They contacted me immediately and were flexible with my schedule. My gutters were 3” gutters and were too small for the capacity of my home, and at one point, they were actually hanging off of the home. They were prompt, knew what they were doing, did what they promised, and it definitely improved the quality of the house. I have a rain chain on one of my downspouts and they took great care to make sure the downspout would work well with the rain chain and they installed it very well. The price was great and they cleaned up after they were done. I am a realtor and interior designer and they are one of the best companies that I've worked with and I would definitely recommend them.

The crew arrived later than expected due to complications of their morning job. I was pleased and impressed that they stayed until the job was done and twilight was upon us. There was a heavy rain the following day and we were thrilled with the look AND functionality of our renovations. Wish we had gotten around to this a couple years ago because the "bang for the buck" was definitely worth it! The owner, John, was pleasant, direct and accessible throughout and he honored the discount credit I purchased on Angie's List even though it wasn't the product I ultimately needed.

The provider was very personable and I liked him just fine, but I will be pursuing a larger job that doesn't really work to well with this deal.

It did not go well. The $300 deal turned into a a $1500 estimate. This seemed to be a bait and switch to me. I ended up getting the job done for $800 with another comapny. I would not deal with this company in the future. I did not request a refund until after 30 days, so I'm out $300. I can use it on another project, if I do another one through Angie's List.

Great company! Owner Jon Tremain came out Thursday 9/04/14 to look at and discuss my issues. I was interested in the "$299 for 50' of High Capacity Gutter" Angie?s List special if that would fix my problems and be enough. I was quoted $325 for the gutters and two downspouts. Good price and the product looks great. The two men that came to install were not in a Gutter Creations vehicle as stated in other reviews, but they were very courteous, quick and cleaned up everything. I did notice after they left that there was a spot that looked like a chunk of wood that was taken out of the wood where the downspout was replaced on my second story. I contacted Mr. Tremain and he said his guys would come back out and fix it. A different set of guys came out the next day. I spoke with William and he was great. Looked into the issue I was talking about and it turns out it wasn?t a chunk of wood that was pulled off from the old downspout, but a non painted area (or painted previous color of house maybe) from where the old style braces that hold downspouts on wrapped around the wood (newer style only wraps around the downspout). Despite this obviously not being caused by or the responsibility of Gutter Creations, these guys climbed up and painted over the spot for me anyway. They also told me for future gutter replacements, if I had the paint handy, they would do that same at time of install. The workers that came out on 09/08/2014 did not have a receipt for me so I contacted the owner Jon and although I did have to contact him more than once, I did finally receive via email (as requested) the receipt and the warranty information.

I misunderstood what was included in the Big Deal and did not want the deal after all ("$249 for $500 worth of clog-free gutter covers.") This is no reflection on the company - they refunded my money with no problem. I would actually have preferred not to have to give an overall rating since I truly can't say what kind of service they provide, but there is no "NA" choice in the "overall" rating choice. I gave them an "A" because they were nice about it and refunded my money.

Picked this company because of their "A" grade on Angies List. They did work with me and come out and remove old gutters and waited 3 weeks while I had time to repair, caulk and paint the fascia board. They scheduled the date to install as 9/9, but did not give me an exact arrival time. I called and checked status at about 2PM and John indicated that they should arrive at about 3 to 3:30. They were on time. In hind-site, I should have asked for a more precise arrival time. Probably my fault. Installers did not speak English, which made it difficult to communicate, but I was finally able to explain one small installation requirement. Installers first put their ladder up against the roof shingles causing the shingles overhanging the roof to be bent back. I immediately explained to them that that was a no-no with me and they did not do so again, but they should not have done that in the first place. Installers left a few pieces of metal trimmings on the ground for me to clean up later. After the installation was done, a few days later, I received a vmsg from the owner asking if the installation was OK. I left him a Vmsg indicating that I was wondering if a "splash guard" was needed on two roof "V" sections of the gutter, but I never got a response back. Overall, they did to a good job, a "B" or a "B+"....not all the T's crossed and i's dotted for an "A" grade.

He showed up on time to look at scope of work. We set up a day to do the work. Very easy to work with. I added a few things to be done that was not covered by the coupon. He gave me a great price. His crew showed up on time the date of service. They worked hard and fast. Before they left, they asked me to do a walk around and inspect their work. While on the walk around, he noticed something broken, nd even through it wasn't on their scope of work, he fixed it for me at no charge! Will call them again if I have any issues..great job

The estimate, contract, communication and site work/cleanup were all very professional. I am not usually happy to give up control of DIY, but when it comes to gutters that's not a job for me. I normally find something I would have done differently with contractor work, but this job was just what I wanted. Nice job!

Not just A, but A++++++. This company is everything you want in a contractor. Professional, very knowledgeable and fair. Not only was I impressed with the solution they provided - Jon also told us what we didn't need. Another contractor (whose bid was 3 times the price of Gutter Creations) told us we needed additional downspouts and leaf guards, but Jon not only said those were unnecessary for our home - he explained why. He also said that if he was wrong - he'd resolve it for free. You often don't find that kind of honesty AND accountability today. His crew was here on time, as promised and they did an excellent job with the installation. Even more impressive was that there was absolutely no sign that they had been here. What I did not realize is that gutter replacement is very messy - the stuff that comes out when the gutters are torn off the house - in our case - the very fine pieces of asphalt from our roof were all over the place. They cleaned up every single piece of trash and dirt there was. When I first saw how much stuff debris had fallen onto and under our deck, I thought to myself, "Great, we'll be cleaning that up for days." I could not have been more wrong. The only thing they left behind was beautiful, seamless gutters. My gutters just got their first real test today and not only did they handle the water perfectly - they even took care of an issue that I had previously with water coming into my garage during a storm. I wish this company did a whole lot of other things... I'd hire them in a heartbeat. Thank you, Gutter Creations!

Three guys, a very high roof, and a 50' section of gutter. They were in and out in no time. They hauled away the old bits, and even helped with an unrelated problem on the roof while they were up there. I bought one of the Angies List special offers because it perfectly fit my needs. NB. Gutter Creations may use other companies to fulfill certain jobs. The name on the truck was for another company, but the workers did a great job and were prompt and friendly. I have no concerns.

Excellent service and quality!! John called right away to assess and schedule install when I purchased the deal. I had to delay project from original date which was no problem - John responded right away when I was ready to go and completed install within a couple of days. Highly recommend!!!

This was a very small job and I was able to get it done very quickly using one of the Angielist deals.

Very pleased with the results, I needed to replace a large section of gutters that were pulling away from the house. The rain would pour down the side of the house, behind the gutters, creating a real mess. My new gutters are perfect and they were able to reuse my previous down spouts. I would definitely use them again.

Found the problem, did what they promised , on time , friendly

John's crew were hard at work when I got home from work and stayed until almost dark (on a Friday) wrapping up and cleaning up the job site. The new gutters look great and they did fascia board repairs as necessary.
