The guys showed up on time and went straight to work. They were done faster than I expected and the new gutter matches the same color as the existing one, so we were happy with that. As a bonus they cleaned out the lower gutter they'd worked on, even though we hadn't asked them too. We're also going to use them again in the future, as we found out some of our front gutters are the wrong size as well! Overall Jon has always been straightforward with pricing and it seems fair, so I'd definitely recommend his service.

It went extremely well. Jon Tremain, the owner, came out to take a look at what I wanted done. He measured and made some suggestions on changing a few downspout locations. He told me the approximate price and how the crew would come out and complete the work. He was patient and answered all my questions. The crew showed up when I was told they would. They worked all day into the evening and had to come back the next day due to the fact that I had a lot of damaged fascia that needed to be replaced. They were detailed and patient and did things right as opposed to doing them quickly. They answered my questions when I had a few, and they cleaned up after themselves. When they left the first evening, knowing we have dogs, they went through the back yard making sure they had every thing picked up like nails and such. They were timely the next day when they came back to finish the job, and we walked around the house after they were done and they answered any remaining questions I had. Again, they were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves, which is so appreciated. Later in the afternoon after they had completed the job and left, we got an unexpected downpour and they had the gutters angled just right and it was so nice to see the water flowing the way it should and not pouring out the top of the gutters as it had been doing in a few places.

Provider's price was half of the cost of other firm providing estimate!! Gutters were cutom produced on site and they completed the job in one day. I selected 6" gutters with gutter helmets and am extremely pleased with the service provided. I would definitely use again. Transaction was smooth.

Working with Gutter Creations was such a pleasant experience! I really appreciated how much could be done virtually - I was able to call to enquire about the service and get an estimate, was e-mailed pictures of the proposed solution, I didn't need to be home for the installation itself, and then I was contacted via phone after for billing. Jon made the whole process so easy for me! The gutter covers look great and I look forward to not having to worry about leaf blockage in the future because of his warranty. Pros: They are very competent They are professional Cons: Communication problems Promptness Not having the tools for the job Details: I contacted Gutter Creations to get an estimate for repair to leaking gutters on my home. Mr. Tremain did a great job with the estimate and was very professional. I had the work scheduled for 21 May. When the work crew arrived I explained the problems I was having and they proceeded to work on my problem gutters. The crew was also supposed to clean the soffits that were stained where the water leaked. One of the gentlemen asked me if I had any cleaner. Since this was part of the job that the estimate was written for I was surprised the work crew didn't bring all of the work supplies that they needed including cleaners. Ultimately they completed the work and departed. Two days later it rained and I noticed the gutters still leaked as though no repair work was done. I spoke with Mr. Tremain the following Monday and let him know that the gutters were still leaking. He informed me that he would have a crew come back and attempt to repair. Unfortunately I waited six weeks and heard nothing from Mr. Tremain. Since I had not heard back from him I assumed that they had abandoned the job and I was about to find another company to do the work. On the afternoon of 06 July the doorbell rang and it was a work crew from Gutter Creations. Since I received no call or notice that the crew was coming over it was merely fortune that I happened to be at home and had no job commitments or other appointments scheduled for that afternoon. I again showed the new work crew what part of the gutters was leaking and the crew went to work. Before they started I asked them to explain to me what they intended to do differently from the last time since simply re-bolting the gutters failed the last time. Communication was extremely difficult as the gentlemen did not speak English very well. This became very problematic however we ultimately worked through. When I looked at the work order that the gentlemen had I realized that the work description did not fit what needed to be done. Ultimately between me drawing pictures on paper to explain the problem and their showing me visuals with a piece of flashing we were able to understand the problem and the solution. Frustrating as it was a little patience all around went a long way. The gentlemen then completed the work and this time the work was solid. No further problems with the gutters. Though it seems there was a lot of negatives with this review the work overall was solid. Most of the issues were due to communication issues.

Had a slight miscommunication on the install date initially. We reset and they showed up as promised and did a really great job. Hauled old gutters away and cleaned up everything. It looks so much nicer and I now have enough water carrying capacity to avoid overflows and leaks.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were courteous and efficient, completing everything by early afternoon, including picking up after themselves. If not for the new gutters, you would never have known that a work crew had come by the house. This is a highly professional and competent outfit that I would recommend to any of my friends and neighbors.

Initial estimate scheduled on a weekend, which was very convenient. Workers were on time, neat, efficient, and did a good job. No complaints.

It went very well. They did a great job. Very professional. Arrived on time. Did a very good job communicating to us what they were doing and why.

John came to the house. I showed him a video of a ferocious thunder storm, and how water from the roof was finding its way over the existing gutters and in through the screens. He ordered specially fabricated gutters to replace the existing gutters (8 inch instead of 6 inch) in matching colors. Problem solved.

As of 7/16/15, we have had several bad thunder storms with lots of rain. I'm happy to report that all my problems have been resolved. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The job was performed quickly and efficiently. Jon was very honest about what did or didn't need to be replaced.

It went great. The installers were very good at their trade. They were one day late but I understand when you might be held up on a previous job. I was more than pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Everything went really well. I called Gutter Creations first and they came to do an assessment to see how many feet of gutters my home needed and anything else. They quoted me, and the end product was a little less. They were timely, professional, responded promptly to communications. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

After installing the gutters, they told me to get a refund from Angie's List and pay him directly. He DID NOT install all of the gutters. I saw the sheet the installer had and they had charged me for 61 feet. There was additional 30 feet in the back of my house that were NOT installed. He told me the total for the job is $249.00.

They have excellent product and service.

He did a good job and it looks fine. It looks great. I would be tempted to use them for roofing, but I am not sure if I am going to do that yet. I don't know if they were expensive because the back of my house is three stories up because of the basement so that would make it difficult to get to. I am not experienced with those issues. I did not get other estimates. Everything was done just fine and they fixed it when I was not here so I never really got to know them in that matter. The quality is great; you can't see that it was repaired. They were very responsive and they were good at calling me back. When I came home it was done. They were very professional.

This company was great. Reviewed the needs and did only what was required. Knowledgeable. Very pleased and would recommend.

I had my concerns about using Gutter Creations even though the company has high scores on Angie's List because they don't have a website and when Jon sent an estimate it was on plain paper not letterhead. When I don't personally know people at a company I'm very cautious. So I hesitated about moving forward with the job. However, I had made a mistake in my scheduling, and when Jon came to my house to give me the initial estimate I wasn't there! This was a total goof on my part. I called Jon when I saw his business card at my door and realized my mistake, and he was so nice, I was amazed! He offered to come back out so I could see sample colors and make a pick, and he did just that. He was as polite and professional as could be. This was really going above expectations for service. So I scheduled the job with them. I am extremely happy with the results. Jon suggested a gutter color that looks excellent on my house. The team who installed the gutters was excellent. They knew what they were doing, were on time, were highly skilled and efficient, and answered all my questions. I wanted to see all the facia once the gutters were down to see if anything needed repair, which I did. There was one section that was rotten. They removed the rotted board and installed new fasia board there, plus because it was at an inside corner by the porch, they put in flashing to protect the new board from a problem I've always had with water runoff at that junction. Fine company! I'll probably use them for repair work on siding this spring.

The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the job in 45 minutes. They did an excellent job. I had no problem scheduling the service.
