After many no shows and cancelled appointments from other contractors, and several months of talking in the phone trying to find the best people, I finally found the right business! They were fair with their prices, on-time, followed through with any commitment, and was genuine with appreciating my business. They really take pride in their business. I didn’t have to constantly wait for a call back and knew exactly what was going to happen and when. I’m doing a lot of remodeling and their crew is the BEST I’ve had in my home. They were very knowledgeable, professional, fast, and did not leave any materials or trash behind. If you are looking for a company you can trust, call this this business. I guarantee you will be happy and extremely satisfied.

I found this company online and decided to request an estimate. When I got the call back I was very impressed with Hellen’s knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my wishes. Needless to say an appointment was made to install carpeting in a small bedroom. I am absolutely delighted! I was so impressed that I called her to rave about the work and asked if they could also do the flooring in one of my bathrooms as well. Fortunately, GHI was available the very next day. The flooring and a new toilet was installed. I was happier than I can describe. The bottom line is that if you want quality work, professionalism, on time service, without breaking the bank, you MUST call GHI. I guarantee you will be as happy as I am. We will most certainly be calling them again.

Easy-peasy: from initial conversation to job done and paid about 24 hrs. Carpet reinstall with new pad and tack-strips, on concrete floor after some water damage (previously contained). Not a big job but those are often the hardest to get done quickly and without breaking the bank. GHI was responsive, professional, on time, nice clean job done at a very competitive price. Thank you very much.

Hardwood floors throughout my house in just 3 days! On time and punctual. They worked so hard and diligently. My floors are beautiful! Great craftsmanship. We had a couple of estimates from other companies but chose GHI because they asked questions that the others did not which made me feel secure about hiring them. They are honest and friendly and I would most definitely hire them again to work on my floors. I’m actually going to miss them and feel like we made a new friend! GHI Floors went above and beyond and they really care about doing a good job and making your home look beautiful. Hellen and her whole team are amazing, going above and beyond, even helping me find help with other projects. Reasonable cost and looks great, highly responsive, I can't recommend them enough.

Helen and team did a spectacular job! Our rental property was left as as a 'ship wreck', including the flooring which needed to be replaced. We had initially purchased flooring from another retail institution that had mislead us on purchasing glued on LVP vs snap on; after discussions with Helen, we realized we had purchased the wrong flooring; Helen was able to get us snap on flooring through her retail outlet which was better quality / product / and pricing! They were able to complete the instal of over 2 k SF in less than two days and the flooring now looks amazing and the house is ready to be sold! Big thanks to Helen and Team for a job well done, their knowledge, hard work, and being able to sympthaize with our situation!

Hellen and the team were top notch. We had a strict timeline for our project and they were able to install and refinish our entire main floor in less than a week. The quality and craftsmanship were excellent. Hellen was the main point of contact and was available for my questions at all times, which was important to me. The communication between myself, and the installation team (Gervasio - owner) and sanding team (Antonio), was great - they were available when I needed them and text/called/sent pictures with updates when I was not at home. They moved our heavy pieces of furniture with care, which was also important to me and one of the reasons I chose to go with GHI. Overall, I ended up choosing GHI because 1. their prices were comparable and 2. they ONLY had 5 star ratings. I hope you choose them too. They will get another 5 star rating from me, and I hope to have them back next year for our basement flooring project.
