Helen from GHI Floors is the best.. here’s why…. I had floors installed a year ago by another company and started seeing warping in the floors, due to improper installation. Long story short I had to replace the floors again. Helen helped me through the whole process, she laid out the steps that are involved and what might need to be done to make sure that the issue does not repeat again. She was very patient with me and suggested alternatives that helped me make sound decisions during this process. In short, she was honest and went above and beyond what could be expected of a flooring company to make sure that I understood the process and complete the installation in a proper way. The next I need floors installed, I would not think twice.

Ramses and his very capable assistant worked carefully, skillfully and quickly to stretch and smooth our 15 year old carpet. They had to move some heavy furniture but carefully placed everything back in order. Had the right tools too- not just a knee tool but a real power stretcher. Happy folks here. Thanks!

I had a few floor boards in the middle of the kitchen I needed replaced and GHI did an impeccable job. Arrived on time as promised and skillfully removed the few damaged boards and replaced with new boards in a matter of minutes. Can’t even tell anything was wrong after their work. Could not more highly recommend this team.

So happy with the job and the service. My cat had shredded the carpet on the stairs along the sides. They listened to what I wanted and matched the treads perfectly to the banister. Looks brand new now!!!! Guys were so nice, showed up on time and were perfectly respectful of my place. I really believe it was a good price too!

RHI Floors were amazing! I thought I only needed the carpet pad replaced. However once the carpet was pulled back to remove the padding I realized the carpet was completely covered in cat pee and had to be replaced. Without hesitation they went to plan B and were able to go get the carpet and replace both carpet and pad for a reasonable price that same day! With a new tenant moving in just days later this was a life saver and both Ramsey and Hellen had such an awesome and helpful attitude the whole time. I AM SOOO APPRECIATE FOR THEM BOTH!
