Description of Work: Returned from vacation at 8 pm Saturday. HVAC unit wasn't working. Called Edwards for emergency service. Eric called Sunday morning to schedule service. Heavy schedule... couldn't see us until late on Sunday. Talked us thru trouble-shooting the problem and found a problem we could address...it worked, THANK YOU, ERIC & EDWARDS HVAC!!!

 + -1 moreTHOUGHT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH IT AND THEY CAME BACK AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR IT. THE GUY WAS NICE WHO FIXED THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: CHECKED ON HEAT PUMP. FIXED THE TUBE WHERE ALL THE WATER GOES DOWN. FIXED THE CONDENSATION TUBE.
