Anthony C. of E. Smith did a Great job. He helped get the thermostat working again. What a Blessing! very pleased. And also did our seasonal maintenance. We have had E. Smith for 14 years.

Great-AC was not cooling the home. It was fixed

They came and did a good job, we noticed improved efficiency of our A/C and savings to our power bill. We have been using this company for 25 years now.

Workers caused fire in attic of garage while repairing coolant line. I was lucky that people who were installing siding saw the smoke after they left. Whoever it was who called me from E Smith after I notified them of the fire, at first, suggested I should claim on my home owners insurance. I was not happy. Fortunately, the siding people repaired the damage.

E Smith has been great to work with, they are easy to work with and do a good job.

Excellent! Took no time to diagnose problem and fix it. Also was showed how to properly program both thermostats.

They come out, and they do annual checks every year on the heating unit and air conditioning unit. It's $239 a year. I've been using them for 13 years. They're here when they say they're going to be here. They all you half an hour before they show up. I've never had a problem with them. They're very good, very professional.

Appointment was within reasonable time period. Technicians showed up on time and all work appeared to be of high quality.

I’ve dealt with them for years and years and years. They were the same price as most everybody and everybody’s overpriced in my opinion.

They up-sold me on a warranty that I shouldn't have done. But after I did it, they didn't follow through on it. It was for 2 inspections per year. When they came out to inspect they charged me again. They did a bait and switch on me. I should have been more aware of it and I wasn't. I thought was a racket.

The specialist diagnosed the problem; Offered to replace the igniter for a fee which we agreed; got the part and replaced it right there and then and it's been working ever since. Great service really

It took several days to complete the approval of ordering the part, as I was out of office with clients and had to return messages; then it was delivered on Friday, and they don't work weekends. When the tech came on following Monday, discovered he needed another part. All told, I had no heat for 11 days.

Excellent . No problems. Delivered as promised. Use them for my maintenance.

We came back from a trip and our heater wasn't working. My husband called and told them what the problem was, they actually worked with him over the phone on how to do it himself. We do have a warranty with them as far as payment.

Perfect. System has not given me any problems. They maintain it well.

Everything went as planned and Jeff was extremely professional and courteous. The showed up on time, and finished the same day. Could not be happier, I would definitely hire them again.

They arrived on time, completed all of the work in one day, cleaned up the space and met their original estimate. I could not ask for anything else.

We have a contract with them, so they come out whenever we need them.

Automated message that they closed for Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday. What if i needed repair done?

Tech new what the problem was and not only corrected it. He also re-routed drain so that it would not happen again.

It was wonderful. I had contacted them through Angie's List. The worker was very personable and nice. Quality was A+.

The problem was diagnosed as an electrical problem and not an AC issue.

He was probably a little too casual with everything.

Please see the above comments. Then after all of these problems, which we believe might have been resolved had zoning been introduced, we have had multiple problems with the Carrier air conditioning unit itself. When it was indeed cold during February 2016 and March 2016 the furnace switched from heat to air conditioning a total of five times in a 5 week period. The first service man from E Smith who arrived on Feb. 8,2016 @ 2:15 pm insisted it was my fault. The other service personnel were far more amiable. We also had to have the coil replaced. All of this was indeed under warranty and at no charged to us. However it was indeed extremely inconvenient We were told by E Smith that they were sorry but we could not have a new unit they would simply have to continue to repair this one. To say the we are disappointed with Carrier and E Smith would certainly be an understatement.
