I thought the price was fine. I have gotten several estimates and they weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. I usually go right in the middle. I have no complaints. Their punctuality was good. I will use them again in the future.

The warranty had expired on the unit, but they took care of it anyway. I really appreciated this.

The guy came out and spent some time but ultimately I didn?t use them. They gave me a quote but it turned out that they weren?t familiar with the heating and air system that I had. They were fine to work with and were very responsive. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

I had the summer special to service my two ac units. I was told the systems were running perfect and they did annual service, change filter, clean hoses etc. The next week one of the units went out. I called Coolray to come out and they did at 8 pm to do the service that E-Smith said they did but did not. Coolray got me up and running in no time and charged me less than E-Smith. Coolray also told me that E-Smith did not perform any of the service they said that they did. I showed them a copy of my receipt of what E-Smith said they did. I would NEVER use E-Smith again. They just took my money and did nothing!!!!

I tried to get references from them, but they wouldn't send them. Apparently they've been in business for many, many years, but Ed Houghton wasn't exactly rude while he was here, but he was totally dismissive of our need to get a system in. We got no insurance information from them to confirm. When I said I would rather have one product over another he said they didn't use it. Other companies told me this particular product wasn't well known in the area and I might have trouble getting it serviced. When I asked him why we couldn't use a more well known system he said because it's not what they install. When I asked for information he told me to find it online. They had very poor attitudes and I wouldn't consider them in the future.

He did a wonderful job but while working on that he accidentally flipped the the switch to the unit upstairs and it quit working. I called him as it was nice downstairs, but the upstairs was hot. He came back out the next morning and discovered what had happened and fixed it.

They come out and change the filtering twice a year. I think they are very fair.

The installation crew of two were prompt, professional and courteous. They came early in the a.m. as I had been told that they would. They worked very hard and finished the entire job in two days. They layed down drop cloths and were so neat that afterwards you would never had known they had been there. Upon testing the upstairs heating system, it was determined that because a larger unit had been installed, it was necessary to add one more vent. This was done at no additional charge. Since it is Fall we haven't used the AC but the heating systems are working beautifully and we look forward to lower gas bills this year.

We had a service agreement for our A/C systems with another company. When our upstairs unit quit cooling, this other company came out and ran a leak check. They said it was a leak in the evaporator coil. They said it could not be fixed nor was their a replacement part available. Their only recourse was to completely replace our 6 yr old A/C unit for a total of $4600. This company had a great reputation in Atlanta, but I did not believe what I was hearing. I called E Smith which is an authorized repair service for Carrier on a Friday morning. They came out within 6 hours of my call and came to the same conclusion on the problem. Their solution however, was that a replacement part was all we needed - not a brand new system. They said that of course the manufacturer had replacement parts and after only 6 years in service, our entire system did not need replacing. They were done in under 2 hours and it has cooled perfectly since. These guys were highly professional. Good Job!

I have nothing but good things to say about them. They answer any and all questions that you have for them and they are always on time if not early. Their pricing is very reasonable, they really pay attention to your budget and your concerns.

E Smith is really awesome. They are a great company to use, easy to reach, and very responsible when it comes to punctuality. They know exactly what they are doing at all time. I would highly recommend them.

I called them at 7:45 this morning, and they were out before 10. They fixed the problem and discussed things I need to do in the future. It was a very pleasant experience, I will definitely call them again.

The salesman, Earl, is very knowledgeable and helped us understand why we were having the problem with the upstairs AC. We had talked to three other AC contractors over the past three years and had never understood why we were having the problems we were having. We had tried other suggestions, but none had worked. Earl was the first person who made sense to us. We bought the new unit and have had perfect upstairs cooling in spite of extreme heat. The installers were very nice and neat. Unfortunately, they missed a spot when they connected the coil and all the coolant leaked out. They showed up immediately the next business day, found the problem and fixed it.

Weather is hot as fire, so I was glad to get E. Smith to service my A/C the day after I called them. Repair man was smart and professional.

The customer service personnel were friendly, the tech arrived on time and was very friendly. As I looked over his shoulder, he explained everything he was doing gave some tips on things I could do to help the unit run more efficiently until the next inspection.

I just started using them this year for annual maintenance. They had done the spring AC check about a month before our AC compressor gave out. They were prompt in looking into the AC problem and in sending out a sale rep to give us information about a new AC unit. The salesman was very informative and not high pressure. I had talked with several other companies earlier about AC because our other AC unit has a leaking coil. A felt confidant that the saleman was giving me good information. The work was done promptly and neatly. The installers were professional. I am very pleased. The weather has been very hot here and the AC has been fabulous.

THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE IN PURCHASING. THEY WENT OVER EVERYTHING WITH US, MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED, AND CALLED A NUMBER OF TIMES JUST TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED.

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. ONLY ONE GUY CAME AND DID WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSED DO, TO GET THE JOB DONE. IT WAS NECESSARY TO HAVE SOMEONE GET THE JOB DONE IMMEDIATELY, AND THEY SENT SOMEONE RIGHT OUT THAT DAY.

They were very polite, and quick to schedule appointment. Chris Rich arrived on time, answered many questions, and completed the work neatly. They had the best price I could find on annual maintenance contract. Thermostat seemed a little pricey.

AFTER THEY CAME TO INSPECT OUR SYSTEM, WE SIGNED AN ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH THEM. VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY MAJOR ISSUES WITH OUR SYSTEM YET, BUT WE WOULD FEEL CONFIDENT WORKING WITH THEM IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. WASTED NO TIME FOR HIMSELF OR FOR ME. HAD UNIT OPERATING VERY QUICKLY. NO PRESSURE TO ADD ON ANYTHING ELSE BUT PATIENTLY ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS.

I HAVE USED THEM ONCE BEFORE FOR MY HEATING SYSTEM AND WAS SO IMPRESSED, I ASKED FOR THE SAME GUY TO COME OUT AGAIN. ONCE AGAIN, HE WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, EVEN INSTALLING MY NEW DIGITAL THERMOSTAT THAT HAD BEEN SITTING ON THE SHELF FOR 6 MONTHS WAITING FOR ME TO GET TO IT.

THEY INCREASED SIZE AND EFFICIENCY WHICH WAS UNDERSIZED BY BUILDER. UNIT IS QUIET AND WORKS GREAT. WORKERS WERE CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, AND COURTEOUS.

THEY EVEN GAVE ME INFORMATION ABOUT MY AIR CONDITIONER AND VENTLESS FIREPLACE, WHICH WAS NOT PART OF THE SERVICE CALL! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

HE IS VERY GOOD. I HAVE BEEN USING THE COMPANY FOR YEARS. VERY RELIABLE AND THEY COME WHEN I NEED THEM.
