Milton was knowledgeable and friendly. He did the job, answered all our questions and showed me how to install a filter.

Derek Rittenour called before he arrived, explained what he would be doing, when finished explained the maintenance activities performed. He even went the extra mile when I was talking about my new AC unit, to check it for a standard factory capacitor and replaced it with a preferred capacitor under warranty. Hope I get him everytime for my maintenance.

Technician Kun figured out that the controller was cutting out because the float switch stopped the unit, caused by partially plugged drain line. Terrific service and analytical skills.

I called on a very hot and humid day in GA when my A/C suddenly stopped working. As I senior citizen with health issues, I was hopeful about getting a service call on the same day, but knew this might be a problem. The customer service person I spoke to could not have been more understanding and helpful. Later that day, my technician arrived. Jorge was very professional, and wasted no time in identifying the problems. He explained each issue to me very clearly with an estimate of the costs involved. I was very pleased with Coolray's service and plan to continue my service contract.
