I was very happy with the installation and have no issues with the technician. Jake is competent, professional and provides great customer service. I have asked Coolray to keep him as my preferred technician whenever I need service on my furnace and/or a/c unit.

The A/C tech (Derek Walker) was friendly, efficient and professional. He answered my questions and reviewed recommendations regarding the A/C unit.

I really appreciate the consistency of service from Coolray. Jacob was my technician this time, but what really comes through is that Coolray as a company has a culture of excellence and high standards that is evident in each of its employees. Jacob called himself an "HVAC n***" and clearly loves what he does - that's the kind of person that you want to look after the investments you make in your home and its heating/cooling systems. I also like that techs always call and text when they are on their way - super helpful if I have to run a quick errand.

I bought a new system from Coolray in December because of my experience at my previous house, and their commitment to the lifetime warranty. Always professional and expert in their delivery. Just had my first service on the new system from Ethan and everything went great; he was very eager to create a great customer experience for me.

Have been customer since 2019. Have maintenance agreement and get serviced at least twice a year since. Never had any issues with technicians, customer service, sales et al. All have been very professional, responsive, and honest. Their products and service is not cheap but you get value for what you paid for.
