They do a really good job. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

We were able to schedule same-day service for a furnace that had stopped heating. Technician called 45 minutes ahead of arrival, and arrived on time. He checked furnace, identified the problem, and solved it in a few minutes. Furnace started and ran properly. We have a service contract with Cool-Ray and have used them continuously for over 20 years for all our home heating and air conditioning services.

HVAC senior technician Rodriguez Seay gets Five Stars. I’ve been a Coolray customer since 2010, and for the most part I’ve been very pleased. But for a couple of years I had a bad run with an incompetent technician who for some reason was sent to my home repeatedly. The good news is he no longer works for Coolray. The great news is that once I made my anger and frustration known to Coolray management, I’ve had no more letdowns. Annual maintenance of my home’s furnaces most recently was performed on October 19, 2020, and HVAC senior technician Rodriguez Seay made a very positive first impression. I will be requesting him in the future.

The tech determined what the problem was and in less than 48 hours had ordered and came back to do the install. The job was a little pricey but that's because I had hired another company that failed to find the problem and charged me over $400. After the work was done they made the job site look like they were never there. I haven't had any problem with the unit since the install. The company also checked with me several months later to see if there were any concerns and I get 2 free system check up per year now.

My HVAC Tech, Alex K, & his crew of (2) other Techs installed my new Carrier HVAC system back in April (2020) & after the Inspection from the City of Alpharetta. All of CoolRay’s Employees are superb & extremely friendly from David Poulos (Sr. Consultant) selling me the awesome energy-efficient system, to the Lead Service Technician in Alex K., & his (2) partners that installed my Carrier HVAC back in April. Meanwhile, CoolRay’s Permit Coordinator in Jennifer Richardson was SUPERB! She has terrific Customer Service skills, is extremely professional as well as friendly, she’s very easy to talk to over the phone while she goes above & beyond to help explain to me the answers to the questions that I had for her & therefore, she helped put me at ease. Sarah Clement was also very helpful by contacting me via my cell & via email in helping set up the minimal work that needed to be performed in order to pass the inspection by the City of Alpharetta. All in all, a FABULOUS GROUP OF EMPLOYEES for those that I mentioned above w/ CoolRay & these individuals should be recognized in some way?!! I am a DIY type of client and I put in my last waterline in 1991, so it was hard for me to hire and let someone else do this for me. Your team of Wes and Seth were great to work with and most importantly, they LISTENED to what I had to say and what I expected. They also listened and accepted my advise of where and how the previous line was installed and where my utilities were located. They were very careful with my landscaping and yard and explained to me what and how they were going to do this install. It was amazing to see the next line pulled thru my old pipe is under 5 minutes! I was very happy with the outcome and the condition my property was left in!

Great. Edwin the technician was on time and professional. He checked the whole system and replaced the air filter. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

They did a fantastic job. Answered all my questions and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. They also showed me the work they did and made sure I was satisfied with it.

CoolRay and Royce were amazing. We went away for a few days and came home to find that our main AC unit had quit. From the time that I called to getting the initial diagnosis of the problem to the replacement of the unit was a little over 12 hours. Stellar service from start to finish! Everyone was professional and courteous and we're very, very happy.
