Great! Got Infinity "urgent alert" emails saying "blower motor fault" though the furnace was heating and blowing. Coolray scheduled an appointment the next day despite being very busy. Darren arrived early, worked hard, discovered a loose wire, and fixed it. Thanks so much! And thank you to Coolray for the lifetime warranty on my HVAC system, which saves me tons of $$$!!!

As always the visit was terrific. Nikolas called to verify that it was okay to send a text to confirm the appointment and his arrival time to which he was punctual. Very friendly and answered all my questions while explaining details about what he was performing checks for with my heating/cooling system. Overall he was great as have all the other CoolRay techs who have come to my home for service maintenance checks.

I needed to have one of the ducts rerouted. Coolray came out the same day I called, examined the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and scheduled just a few days later. I logged a service call and they were here within 24 hours of asking. professional, knowledgeable, and DONE! Because I have a contract to service over 4 years, NO COST Associated. Their company is not cheap, but who wants CHEAP??? I want it done and DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

Our AC was blowing hot air I called Coolray and they sent a tech by the name of Brad. He was truly a Pro and was here for a few hours and was able to figure out what was wrong. He fixed the problem with the AC unit and it was blowing cool air again. I paid zero because this was under a warranty with Coolray. I have been with Coolray for over 20 years because of their service.

Zack and the other technician who installed my AC and heating unit were very professional. They arrived on time and put on booties to cover their shoes before coming into my house. Zack verified the system I was having installed. They laid down traps on the stairs and down the hall. After they had completed the installation, he showed me the new unit and explained what they have installed. Zack explained the new thermostats installed and they cleaned up before leaving. They did an awesome job. The entire experience with Cool Ray starting with the initial technician visit, by Cameron Long, the Comfort Consultant, Esli Lara and the installation by Zack was amazing.

I reached out to Coolray for a problem with the C wire that is required for my new thermostat. Darren did an awesome job. Showed up on time for same day appointment on Sunday. Answered all my questions. Very professional. Please be advised: The price for running a C wire to the thermostat that is one level above HVAC was ridiculous $896.68. Darren suggest a great solution: to purchase a wire saver that costs $25. I will do business with them again.
