Description of Work: Switching from propane back to Natural Gas. Major hassle, requiring a county permit. Mr Plumber had to take care of that and was at the house several times over a week time span, also professional and courteous. Cool-Ray is converting heater and have been out twice and could not do anything because of the permit situation, never upset and always professional about rescheduling.

Description of Work: Hot water heater failed and needed to be replaced quickly. Coolray had replaced AC unit many years ago and did a great job so reached out for this job as well. They quickly came out and arranged the replacement. They had to upgrade code issues due to the previous Hot Water Heater being installed decades before. They were very good and we would reach out to them again.

Description of Work: Our upstaris A/C stopepd working. Called the Coolray and sceduled the repair. They came and diagnozed that th fan motor was burnt, and they replaced it promptly to have the A/C workign again. They are very professional in their approach and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: We've used CoolRay to perform our "checkups" on our furnace and air conditioner. Very professional. We could probably find a cheaper service, but their good work keeps us calling them back.

Description of Work: Coolray was to extend duct work for an addition. They did but in the wrong location for 2 of them and had to recut. Also when I called for the inspection it turns out they never did get it permitted after I was told that it was all ok. Still not inspected (4/4/14). I will say that they were here on time and the price was nice. Luckily I am not in a hurry!

Called about Coolray and Mr. Plumber took the prize, in presentation, thoroughly ckg. about for mishaps w/electrical wiring, etc. They completed requirements of installing new system, staff (service individuals were 'johnnie on the spot' with any assistance in operating system).

Description of Work: Both master plumbers who came to give estimates spent a lot of their time helping us decide how to proceed with plumbing project and gave very good practical suggestions. The only reason we did not use this company for the plumbing remodeling project was the price. We did sign up for the "sister" company for the service contract on our Heating and AC equipment. We found the professionalism to be exactly what we had hoped for.

Description of Work: These folks came out for a service call to my home. Overall my technician was great. He cam out for a quick service call, replaced a few parts and had my furnace running in no time flat. He wasn't overselling or pushy, when he was selling a full year service agreement. Great professionalism and courtesy. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Our air conditioning appeared to be functioning poorly in the middle of July, when it was very hot. We tried a number of other companies, all of which told us that they couldn't come out for several days. We did not want to spend several days in an un-air conditioned house in Atlanta in July, so we kept trying and found Cool-Ray. They came out the day after we called, fixed the problem and checked everything out. We have not had any other problems since. We actually bought their HVAC service plan.

Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with air conditioning quickly and efficiently, even though it's a condo and the exterior unit was hard to find. Traced the problem to spliced wires that had been improperly protected. Weather had caused the wires to short out intermittently.
