Description of Work: They replaced one Heating Unit and One Cooling Unit, the financing was excellent, they performed the service quickly but the price was way to high. Operationally, the system is not operating as well as I thought it would. But nobody is checking on us, other than doing our standard heating and cooling inspections. I would have thought spending $8,500 would have encouraged them to check on us once and a while especially since we will be looking for another replacement in a year or two. They will have no better chance than any other vendor.

Description of Work: Coolray replaced my 17 year old HVAC system with a new Lennox system via Costco. The new AC and furnace are working well so far, their installers and service staff are very professional but there seems to be a frequent disconnect between their sales, accounting and service departments.

Description of Work: I have been using Coolray for heating and air. I have a maintenance contract with them and they are doing that again next week. Six months ago they serviced the AC and this time they will service the heaters and the furnace. They also installed the furnace that I have. They have a lifetime guarantee kind of thing for the service. I pay $140 a year and they service it twice a year. Anything that goes bad with the furnace, they are responsible for it.
