Before we met, Mary Jo asked me to provide details about the age and style of the house, preferences in color and type of flooring, what were my goals in redecorating. She came to my house with floor samples and paint palettes and we went over ideas for each room. Mary Jo was very engaging, committed to helping me make my own decisions about going forward. After I sampled the colors we discussed I realized I needed alternative colors to consider. Mary Jo helped me again with more choices.

Talented designer. Color expert. Helpful with paint colors. She is talented, friendly and acts as a partner.

This is exactly what we asked her to do. She was prompmt, courteous and has some great ideas. I definitely recommend her.

If that was not the case I would have certainly enjoyed working with Mary Jo for all our décor needs!

The consultation was helpful but the price was more than I was willing to pay at that time. She had many options for different designers and color swatches for the designer I picked (H*****). She seemed very knowledgable. Overall she was good. I felt she was a little aggressive with trying to sell the design and I don't think we clicked with respect to the design I wanted to achieve but if I had more money and wanted custom pieces then I would definitely consider her again. I mostly just wanted to order specific pieces and I found better prices on the pieces I liked from a wholesale vendor. She came to the house. She was on time. When she didn't answer she did return my calls when we were trying to schedule a time.

She did a great job, answered all of my questions. Gave me rates if I needed more time. I would definitely recommend her.

Mary Jo was great to work with. I had a tight schedule and she worked with me. Even though we had some weather delays, she kept in touch and did not drop the ball. She helped me understand what I liked and not just give me a color selection. I will be using her again in the future.

We scheduled our session (Mary Jo was very flexible with her time), met, and I saved her contact for future use.

It was just an okay experience. It wasn't so great or not so bad. They did not go too much into the activities but they wanted us to sign up a contract with them. This was more like an introduction of what they do and what we think of their quality of work. This was more like an advertisement. Just in the kids' room they changed this color to that color. They didn't go into details of furniture placements and stuff.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The service is good. She seems to really know her stuff, she's very knowledge about her business, and I thought she was fair in her pricing. Everything was fine. She was very responsive.

Consultation went very well. Mary Jo is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She does not impose her own style on you but does ask you questions about what you want and why to understand how she can best work with you. We chose to contract with Mary Jo to design a sitting area in the family room and provide custom drapes and window coverings for four areas in our home. We are very pleased with the work she has provided so far.

Mary Jo helped me to pick out paint colors. She was helpful and attentive without being pushy. I appreciated her professional approach without being overly salesy. I plan to call her for my next project. Oh- and the paint colors look great in my house!

Mary Jo was prompt and thorough. She listened to our wants, needs, likes, dislikes and ideas. She walked through every room in the house and provided us with excellent feedback, ideas, thoughts, and things to consider. We had many Wow! moments at her design suggestions. She exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to working with Mary Jo to turn her design concepts into reality.

We canceled contract do to illness in the family

She was great. She just was not for us. She was professional, on time, and personable.

She gave me some good ideas and advice.

We already had a few ideas, but Mary Jo came up with great suggestions for almost every room in our house. We took her creative idea to paint the ceiling of the Den and paint the brick fireplace dark brown to match the hardwood floors. We never would have thought to pant the brick, but the result was beautiful. She had suggestions for all the trim, bookcases, ceilings walls and cabinets and we are thrilled with the results.

Mary Jo was very nice and if I were to do this in the future, I would select her.

We bought the package for 2 hours of design and interior color consult hoping that we could get some insights into how to decorate and color our newly built home. I never heard back from them until I posted this review. To her credit, she did offer to honor the coupon and come out when she reached me after the review. At this point, though, we've already decided on our home design so there just isn't any need. I've upgraded the grade I gave based on that second contact.

Clearly she knows what she is doing with reference to designs, ideas etc. I valued the time with her. I actually would recommend her. The only thing I didn't like was that after the initial consultation, her rates to work with her are outrageous (in my opinion) and she forces you to a minimum amount of hours. So to hire her the minimum would of been $1000.00 Just too much for me. Perhaps she could offer smaller packages ??

In advance of our meeting, Mary Jo sent me information about decorators and some websites to review and a page of homework about my needs, style, color choices, etc. She came to my home for our meeting well prepared and punctual. She took a walk through, and looked at everything in my home to a sense of my style and likes and dislikes. We agreed on a few priorities and discussed budget and how she works with clients. We looked through books to see what types of accessories and such that I like and talked abut furniture placement, window treatments, and other things that would be helpful. She was very knowledgeable, congenial, and straight-forward. Although I am not ready to start the project immediately, I am convinced that working with Mary Jo would be a pleasure.

She had good ideas, but limited samples and her products were not cross referenced to pricing information. Spent about 2 1/2 hours with us, but we still didn't have a good feel her vision for the kitchen. Wanted $500.00 additional fee to do a design, one half to be applied to job, if we selected them to do the work. Not a good match for us.

Went very well. Gain some good information on how to decorate and room arrangement.

Cooper's Creations was great. They really took their time and made sure that I understood what they were trying to say.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List. The person was certainly very capable and was very good at what she did. We ended up not pursuing doing any work with her and it had more to do with style differences and that sort of thing than capability. When we are doing this type of work we have to get that connection. At that time we were in process of repainting most of the downstairs interior and so we looked with her for color and that is something that she helped with a great deal. She came up with some color matches that were a little bit different than what my wife was planning to go. We liked the colors that she came up with so that part worked really well. This is an old house and the master bath is very small so we were looking for ways to expand it and make it a little bit bigger. She talked about what she wanted to do and it got way out of our pressure. She clearly knew what she was doing and she clearly had a very special eyes and kind of approach but it just didn't match what we were looking for. I wouldn't use her again but not because we were disappointed or felt she did a bad job but because it just wasn't a match.
