We offer both set fees and hourly rates depending on the scope of your project. From ceiling to floor and a whole lot more, whether you have a small project or large, we have a great team of experienced professional craftsman to finish the job and do it right. Description of Work: I had assumed that we would have a design consult which would include a formal design plan. She charges $2500 for that service. all we received for the $89 was a service all other providers provide at no cost. I am probably guilty of making an assumption as to what was included and next time will confirm that prior to purchasing.

You purchased an $89 - 2 hour consult, which is normally $125 on my Storefront; my normal fee is $125 per hour for the same verbal consult that you received for only $89. The people who provide a free service are typically furniture store employees that are not qualified professional designers. I am sorry that you thought you'd receive over 25 hours of my time for only $89. Thank you for referring me to your neighborhood band, and I appreciate your other A grades for my responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. However, an F for overall is not a fair grade for a service that was clearly provided to you. I have received over 144 A grades and am an Angie's List Super Service Award and Gold Star member.

Description of Work: Master Bath Makeover; Replaced countertops, sinks, all plumbing fixtures, mirrors; painted walls, trim and cabinets; added a tile mosaic backsplash to the garden tub; added a countertop storage tower; replaced closet doors. Rodney and Mary Jo were fantastic! The process was painless for us ; definitely a turnkey operation. I would definitely contract with them again and highly recommend them.

Mary Jo worked with me to determine my style and to pick The window treatments best suited for my taste. They should be available for installation mid June.
