We were very pleased with the value of her advice. She was prompt, well prepared for the visit and very professional.

It was a slow start to the process as mary Jo and I were so busy we could not connect, but once we were able to meet things went along without a hitch. Her advise on color palet and drapery options was spot on. The new lighting throughout the kitchen has made a world of difference in the look and feel of my home. I can't wait to use her services again for my next project.

She was very helpful aand gave me lots of ideas for decorating in many different rooms. She arranged pictures as well as drawing sketches of some ideas. She was conscientious about time and wanted to be sure she answered all my questions and gave me all the time I needed. I would recommend her services and hope to use Cooper's Creations in the future.

She was excellent. I loved her. She is wonderful. I would highly recommend her. I don't have a bad thing to say about her. I would absolutely use her again.

She was just terrible. She was a decorator/designer. She picked and looked at things that I was not asking for. I was looking for color and tile. She was telling me that I had to get rid of the thresholds. She wanted to frames on the mirrors in the bathroom. She did not seem like she knew what she was doing. It was not worth what I paid for. It did not work out well. I would not use her again.

I purchased a big deal for Cooper's Creations LLC. I spent much, much more than the big deal.

We asked Mary Jo to drive the project and drive it she did! I was very impressed by her data gathering abilities. She is very thorough. We were a little daunted by the sheer amount of choices we had in everything from fabric color, style, texture to furniture types but when you are starting from scratch you have to explore every option. Mary Jo managed every aspect, was always communicative and responsive, and sincerely cared about the project and it showed. One of the things you have to do when choosing a designer is ensure that your personalities mesh and that you will be able to work together. We had no issues with Mary Jo at all which was apparent from the first consultation. We got along great. Working with Mary Jo is what working with a designer is supposed to be like. She helped guide us to a style that was uniquely ours and listened to our concerns, questions, and thoughts and considered them in her design. You have to establish trust in the designer's abilities; it's a learning process. You can only learn so much from a questionnaire or a survey. Mary Jo got to know our (sometimes eclectic) tastes. Even if we occasionally didn't agree with some of the choices you could absolutely follow her thought process. There was never a "what was she thinking??" moment with Mary Jo. As for professionalism, she bent over backwards to make us happy. We found her prices reasonable and the whole process went as well as we could've hoped for. We've gotten many compliments on the finished result and every day when I walk past my formal living room I can't help but look and smile at what a good job she did. We loved working with her and will not hesitate to do so in the future or recommend her to friends.

I completed a sheet of information and sent some pictures ahead of time. From that she grabbed some samples from her studio and brought them to our home so we could pick from the samples in our home with our lighting. We chose paint colors, tiles, accent tiles and grout. She even made some recommendations that I didn't expect that were do-it-yourself kind of ideas that were low cost and simple that will make a huge difference. Loved it! Will definitely use her services again!

It went reasonably well. Like most interior decorators the suggestions were to discard items of value and replace with items that "fit". The color suggestions were good and ideas for arranging items were helpful. I am not the ideal customer as I prefer to be surrounded by objects with a story vs. decor from department stores. I felt the help was worth the price, but wouldn't pay full price or use on an ongoing basis.

She seemed eager to rise to the challenge of creating an environment for re-sale purpose in mind: working with a small budget and thinking like a potential buyer. Mary Jo came to our condo and we discussed the rooms to be decorated, our taste and budget. We also were able to select a number of wall art pieces and accessories from various catalogues. She then shopped for the remaining items and made recommendations for items that needed to be ordered. Overall it was a very easy process. When all the pieces we purchased arrived at her office a date was set to install everything. It took the better part of a day to hang the wall art, position the carpets and place the accessories. The condo has been transformed by the design work Mary Jo provided. Two unusually large bathrooms now feel cozy and look beautiful. The other rooms look great too! Mary Jo was great to work with and the prices were great too. Nothing over-the-top expensive and nothing that looks cheap or low quality.

Mary Jo spent an ample amount of time with me, answered all my questions and give me good ideas. I liked her practical ideas and insight. She gave me direction to get started on projects I had in mind and suggestions for consideration. She seems to know her stuff. I appreciated our time together and felt it was just what I needed at this time.

My experience with them was good. The person that came out was very friendly and had some good ideas. It was just a consultation and we didn’t do anything more with those designs.

This is the second renovation Mary Jo and Rodney have done for me and the results are outstanding. I couldn't be more pleased. This was a complete bathroom make-over. Rodney oversees the contractors as well as doing a lot of the work himself. He is very focused on details and makes sure the job is done to perfection. The crown molding was a challenge as I live in an older home where the walls and ceilings are totally out of line. He had to do quite a bit of improvising - aligning and realigning until everything came out perfectly. The company that manufactured my old faucets and trim didn't offer much by way upgrades. In order to go with something of better quality, we had to change the mixing valves in the walls which required either: drilling through the shower tiles in the bathroom, or going through the kitchen wall behind the dishwasher. We opted for the latter with Rodney doing most of the prep work himself. Everything went off without a hitch and the results are beautiful. The wallpaper we went with is an old-world Tuscan design and it looks like the entire wall was done with one sheet - not a visible seam anywhere! We had initially chosen a pretty beige colored tile that was a little nondescript, but blended well with the other colors. Mary Jo called to say she had found one in a chocolate brown color that would work better. I wasn't sure I wanted chocolate brown for my floor tiles, but she asked me to trust her and I'm so glad I did! The results are stunning - much more dramatic than the safer beige tile we had originally chosen. The oil-rubbed bronze mirror I had bought (and spent quite a bit of time looking for to find just the right one) turned out to be too large for the space. Mary Jo made a quick stop on her way home and found a beautiful mirror with light gold accents, much more elegant than the one I had chosen and for around the same price. It adds the final touch that makes the room pop. When I go with Mary Jo's instincts, the results always turn out beautifully. Coopers Creations has my highest recommendation - again.
