Last year (2021), I hired Casteel to upgrade my HVAC system, tankless water heater, update the pipes in my basement, install a pump for washing machine and bring my electricity. I have a brink home the was built in 1955 and had not had any major repairs since 1985. Everyone I spoke to during the process of consulting and repair was professional, kind and courteous. They always kept an open line of communication and were willing to adjust their schedule according to emergency circumstances that happened in my family. From the products they used to the quality of the workmanship, I am still very pleased with outcome. They respected not only my time but my property too. I will definitely hire them again. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta, GA area.

Absolutely exceptional service with this company. They were always on time, professional, and reasonable priced. If you ever need your air-conditioning unit repaired or installed i would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

The process of getting a quote with Casteel was thorough and painless. The installation team was great. They were respectful of my home and very knowledgeable of their products. The equipment's only been in a few days but so far I'm happy.

Hi referred this company to my young son and his roommate (26 and 30-something) for service. The technician explained EVERYTHING; issue(s), remedy, costs, and expectations. The total costs was out of their financial range, but the company divvied the needed services into manageable projects...most important first, of course. So, YES, I certainly do recommend.

Told me exactly what I needed to know and was right on time.

Responded to request very quickly. Scheduled appointment within a day or two of request. Showed up when they said they would. Just needed some wiring on 2 ceiling fans reworked, took 2 techs about 10 minutes to repair. I think $630.00 was robbery! Will NOT use Casteel for any service they offer. I understand electrical work is expensive but that was outrageous. I really like Angis List. I have used several other services I found on Angis List and was more than happy with the work done and cost.

Had an issue where my upstairs A/C wasn't cooling. The tech showed up on time and checked all of my equipment and couldnt find a reason why it wasnt working. Didnt try to sell me a new unit or replace parts that werent broken. My A/C is working now with no problems. I would highly recommend!

After being left with bare wires hanging out of wall by contractor sent by Home Advisor, I contacted Casteel. I was very upset and the exceptional care started with the customer service operator. Compassionate, caring, and understanding she was able to have the electrician come to our home that very afternoon, within 2 hours of the first contractor abruptly leaving. Henry came and repaired the problem and also put the peace of mind back for our house to be safe. I would highly recommend this company. Since this incident we have hired the plumbing part of this company. You will not go wrong contacting these professionals for any of your service needs.

The technician showed up early and had everything fixed within 30 minutes. Great service and very professional!
