I set up service today and was advised they would call ahead of time. They had me turn my AC off at 12 p.m. to defrost before service. Service was scheduled at 5 p.m. My 3rd floor condo is 95 degrees and I was called at 4 p.m. and advised that they would not be showing up to perform the work as scheduled or at all with no further explanation provided and no return call from a manager.

These guys were fantastic from start to finish; the price was among the best I'd had been quoted; they arrived exactly when they said they would arrive; they were professional, clean, & friendly. We had a problem with the thermostat connecting at first and they were pretty responsive to get it right.

He had to come three times to install a fluorescent light in my kitchen. He did not hang around for about 10 minutes for me to go get light bulbs since they wanted $50.00 for two bulbs off their truck that can be bought at Home Depot for $10.00, so he left and I could not get the bulbs in when I got home and he now has to come back. I schedule work to be done in day time so that I do not have to deal once I get home. It is now late afternoon and not sure what time he will be here. The first time he came unprepared with a light fixture I had to go buy and then he had to come back. Three times this is ridiculous and I consider this cruddy service and a cruddy tech. I will never use them again and not sure I will use Home Advisors either. I will use Angie's list.

They worked with me to install my lights with minimal sheet-rock perforation.

Casteel called the same day I requested a quote (it was a Sunday). We got an appt the next day! Our installer - Hayden - was awesome! He was super professional and super nice. I do wish that we could have gotten a firm quote when we scheduled - we were provided a price range. Overall - great job for a fair price.

Installed a new plug for us for our new dryer and 2 other lights.

The electricians came in and figure out our electrical problem. The fee for the troubleshooting was reasonable and worth it. They covered their shoe to keep for fitting up our floors. Overall really very happy.

Everything I wanted in a service professional. On time, did not require supervision, completed job as requested and as priced. Cleaned up after himself. No negatives with this professional. I would hire him again for similar projects within his specialty.
