Low water flow at kitchen sink
Description of Work: We called Casteel Plumbing because we have a long time HVAC relationship. We had never used their plumbing services before. However, we had a new kitchen faucet installed and were not happy with the water pressure. The installer made some attempts to resolve the problem, but ended w/ “best I can do”. That frustration led to calling Casteel...and as a result, Marcus arrived. He told me what steps he would take to attempt to find the problem and went to work. Within about 20 minutes he had determined the problem and a few minutes later my wife was happy with the water flow. Marcus is very knowledgeable and skilled.

Over all the problem was fixed to my satisfaction, but they ignored instructions to call me for approval and payment information. Thus I had to make more phone calls and reschedule the work. Communication was poor.
Description of Work: Rental home had an a/c problem-called Casteel to have problem looked at. They went out and looked at problem, diagnosed it, but had a snafu, re: payment. See below

Bob Casteel is very personable and responsive to his client's needs. He saw that my elderly parents might need the installation of a new furnace as soon as possible. The installation crew arrived promptly, worked professionally, and did an outstanding job. Mr. Casteel and his crew are conscientious about protecting the carpets from dirt brought in from the outside. His installation crew laid down protective covers for the carpet and wore booties over their shoes, as did Mr. Casteel during his survey of our needs. They did not leave any waste or residue behind. The installers made sure that I got the model and serial numbers of the new furnace and air conditioning system so that I would be able to apply for a rebate currently offered by Atlanta Gaslight. I wholeheartedly would recommend Casteel Heating Cooling Inc., in Marietta, GA, based on my experience in dealing with them.
Description of Work: Casteel Heating Cooling Inc., Marietta, GA, replaced original furnace and air conditioning system that was 20+ years old in the basement of a three level townhouse. Bob Casteel came out the following Monday after my call late Friday afternoon (about 5:30 pm). Bob assessed what we needed after his technician had been out earlier Monday morning to tune-up the furnace. We had been told previously by another contractor that our furnace should be replaced. Mr. Casteel scheduled his crew to come out the next Wednesday morning to install the new Trane Furnace and Air Conditioning system. The removal of the old furnace and Air Conditioning System and installation of the new system took almost a whole day. I believe the two man crew began at 9:00 a.m. and finished about 4:00 or 4:30 pm.
