As always, this service call with Casteel was excellent. Bryn arrived within the specified time, and he completed the work in a professional manner. His customer service skills were excellent. I chose Casteel on the recommendation of a friend when I moved to Atlanta, and I've kept them as my HVAC company ever since.

The technician arrived on time. He talked us through as he went. He replaced the Flame Sensor, Check for Gas Leaks. He then replaced the Hot Surface Igniter, Check for Gas Leaks. In the second unit, he replaced the Single Power Factor Enhancing Component, Inspect/Tighten Electrical Connections. He verified that both Units are running within Manufactures' specifications.

Fixed loose wires in one electrical outlet and then the next day, another one needed to be fixed

Excellent. The technician was very helpful and went out and got the part necessary repair our furnace. At first I wasn't sure about the price, I was able to call someone who works for Traine and was reassured that the price was very fair based on the work that needed to be done.

Michael called us when he was on the way. He then called me when he was the driveway. Victoria met him when she opened the garage, and Michael inspected both our interior and exterior box. He then recommended that he place the surge protector at the point of entry into the home, versus the junction box. Michael explained everything to Victoria including the warranty and what to do if the device malfunctions, including how a failure of the device looks. He was thoroughly professional, prompt, courteous, and a teacher. Victoria was delighted that he was using the best complete home surge protection device that we had already researched.

I originally had an electrical box installed by ElectraMedics, which is now Casteel. I paid extra for the lifetime guarantee which Casteel will NOT honor. The excuse they gave is that they "just bought the phone number". Is this really the kind of company you want doing your work? If something goes wrong they give themselves a new name and you are left out in the cold - possibly literally.

The job was completed very efficiently and all questions explained completely. We felt very comfortable having the technician in our home. We feel safer knowing that our electrical box is up-to-date with the proper breakers installed.

I have a 5000 sq foot loft home that was having problems with heating the home, including cooling. The solution they offered was logical and worth the cost. My bill has gone down significantly and still having a warm home and other companies said they could not guarantee this. The unit was slightly oversold, but they did not argue when I told them I wanted a lesser grade. The install was clean and professional. They took their time.

They have a very good service. They described the job well and helped me think through solutions to a designer install. They informed me the toilet that I wanted to install was going to be expensive because it was a toilet that needed to be installed when the house was built. They are experienced and patient.

Technician advised computer and several other parts needed replacing. Wanted $900 to repair. We said no and technician then said $600... Seriously? If it could have been repaired for $600 then $900 was gouging. Can not trust this company

We requested Terry to come out to do the repairs after another tech found a couple issues. Terry had previously been out and we really liked him. When he was here he found that we only really needed one repair done and not the other. That is what we LOVE about Terry! You can't beat his honesty, knowledge and professionalism!! I can't say enough about him on here but we will ALWAYS request him when we need any HVAC work done. He is AWESOME!!!

Brian was WONDERFUL! The water company said that we had an excessive amount of water usage, and he listened carefully as my husband explained the water issues that we had. After a thorough investigation, Brian told us what the problem was, which repairs that we should do now, what he recommended that we could do later, and which toilet would work best for our family to fix ourselves. (My hubby is very handy so we knew we could save some money this way.) Brian was such an amazing ambassador for Casteel that any time we need those services, they will be our go-to company.
