Casteel's bid was the highest out of 4 companies, but I chose to negotiate a contract to replace all 3 - HVAC systems due to Bobby's extensive knowledge of HVAC sizing and performance specifications. On our last project in Hawaii, the HVAC company oversized the compressors, which resulted in frequent - short duration burst of cold air, and a serious humidity problem. Bobby assured me that the subject systems would be sized to prevent this problem. Jason, who lead the installation, was very professional, knowledgable, and explained exactly what they were going to do, before they started. The crews simultaneously worked on the replacement of all 3 HVAC systems, and had the job done in less than 2 days. The installation staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the operation, and the thorough clean up and removal of all the garbage. Most impressive, was the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the work was done top-notch, regardless of the extra time it would take. I am a developer who has built many high-end multi-million dollar residential homes in Hawaii, and I was very impressed with the stress-free experience dealing with Bobby, Jason, and the Casteel team. They do not have a contract cost at this time because it came with the unit I purchased from them. They are very good. They provide the maintenance and check up on all of our heating systems. I would use them again.

Great. Brian was professional and did a great job making the repairs.

The job was done quickly and with great quality. Cole answered a lot of our questions around the Nest strengths and weaknesses. He also gave us great insight on while house humidifiers.

Technician Darrell was punctual and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was professional. Will request him again for next service.

It was exceptional. Terry was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me regarding the faulty work that was done in my basement from an technician that was not certified. I was worried about the fuse box that went out all the time. It had been doubled wired. Terry took pictures, did the repairs and brought everything up to current codes. Now I can rest knowing my electrical system is safe.

I wish I didn't have them come out in hindsight. I would use a tech I am familiar with in the future and a company that wasn't so aggressive in selling. I had him put a filter on and he charged me another $59.00. Casteel advertises free freon but I would never have them come to my house to recharge my system as I am sure their freon would cost me several hundreds of dollars.

Fabulous! Had Peacetree over first and was so disappointed by their behavior. Tried to play on my senior age by convincing me I needed an expensive part or entire new system to replace the one that was just 4 years old! I didn’t need any of the above, got a reduction on the service fee for second opinion and service by Casteel and I was thrilled to take out a service contract with Rick. He was very knowledgeable but also very kind and curtious of our concerns. This is a family owned faith based company and it shows!

Casteel is the only company we will call to perform electrical work at our house. Everyone at the office is always so kind and helpful when it comes to scheduling a job or inquiring about billing questions. The service technicians are always respectful, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and do a top notch job. I highly recommend this company.

Install went well. Replaced the water heater, upgraded from a 40 gal to a 50 gal tank and brought the plumbing up to code around the water heater.

He arrived on time and took the faucet apart to find part of the faucet not working correctly. He did not have the part on his truck so he had to go to get the part from a plumbing warehouse. When he came back he was able to fix the leak with the new part. I was really thinking the price would be in the $100 or $200s at most, so I was very surprised when it was $389.00. I can approximate the time he spent at the house doing the job was about 45 minutes. I guess the hourly rate is something you should always look into before hiring. The price listed below is the price that was charged the day he came plus the $39.00 we paid on Angie's list for the 'timed' promotion. I am glad the leak is fixed, but I will not pay that amount of money again without being more informed.

I requested an HVAC estimate through their website but never received a response. I ended up going with a company that I had used in the past because they responded and showed up.

All the guys were great, friendly, and knowledgeable.

They were punctual, friendly and professional. They were the most expensive, but seems to have solved the problem of the older part of our house not heating enough, while the new addition feeling like an oven. The solution the offered to resolve the problem made the most sense. Though cold weather has not started yet, so far it seems to be working well.

Michael was awesome with his knowledge and help with what we needed. The crew was here right on time and ready to go. They worked hard all day for us to make sure everything was correctly installed and working to our satisfaction. We had a hiccup with installing the 5 inch filter. It was because the area where my system was did not allow for the extra space. No ones fault. Michael came right away and gave us an option that would work with our 1 inch filter that was a great upgrade! We are extremely happy and will use them for anything else I need in the future. The owner even emailed us to make sure we had everything we needed and would answer any questions we had. That is the way to do business!!

Very well. They told me it would take 6-8 hours. They were right on target and they were done right at 6 - 6 1/2 hours. The installer/technician stayed with me and made sure I knew how to set up and control the WiFi thermostat.
