Service went well to install the UV light and the technician explained how to change the light and the benefits of this part to protect my home from microbes and other infectious agents in the air.

Took 15 minutes. Very simple procedure.

Both appointments went extremely well The technician Michael Frye was awesome on both visits. Michael is very personable and very knowledgeable. He takes his time during the tune-ups and had great patience in me asking all sorts of questions. I recommend highly.

The installation was performed with great care and attention to detail to make sure that everything was done properly - a truly professional job. The workers arrived on time and worked hard all day, not cutting corners even after 10 hours on the job. They took pride in the quality of their work, were courteous and knowledgeable.

Identified the problem one day and could have come back the next day, but we were away. He came the day we were coming home, replaced the part and the furnace worked. It moved quickly and efficiently.

Our technician was very professional and answered all our questions. When he found some items were short that he needed, his supervisor sent another truck with the part so he could keep working on other aspects of the job. Casteel replaced my old HVAC system 5 years ago and any time I need maintenance or service I know I can count on them for quality work.

We learned that all of our units needed to be serviced as they had been untouched for 3 years. We signed up for a service plan for one year, which was $298 and includes filters being changed twice a year. In addition, one of them had not had a filter replaced due to its somewhat hidden location in the house. Rich replaced the filter on the spot. He also suggested not removing old unneeded duct work, which is part of what we wanted to do. It wasn't necessary and would produce no results. He is extremely nice and thorough. He also answered questions with full explanations. He was very professional.

We could not be more pleased. Michael rendered service above expectations. Appreciate the companies awareness of keeping their clients well informed about appointment times, technicians photo supplied prior to appointment and the follow up wishing to know how the service was rendered and if the clients concerns were addressed. It went well. Michael and Chris seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I was told I probably needed a new A/C unit, but I have to consider this very carefully.

Our unit was still under warranty so there was no money involved but Mike and Chuck took amazing care of our needs and were very respectful. The company was great to work with.

Excellent service. Very professional electrician - Sean. Provided some remediation for the current situation - refrigerator not on a dedicated circuit. He explored and offered alternative solution to eliminate the issue -- will require adding a separate circuit for the fridge. Thoughtful, logical approach. He also recommended - and we agreed to the need - a whole-house surge protector.

Everything went very well. They came out on a Sunday to check my hvac and water heater after I had been having issues with both. They quickly diagnosed the problems and presented me with a few different solutions so I could decide what option was best for me. They priced both the water heater and hvac repairs together in one quote and gave me a $500 discount for bundling the services and were out first thing the next day to install everything. They were professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and I didn't feel like they were upselling me or taking advantage of me. I would highly recommend Casteel to anyone having plumbing and hvac issues.

Following diagnosis, wiring repair was made; 2 new exterior fixtures installed, and extensive upgrade of breaker panel performed

Service tech was on time and promptly finished inspection, discussed his findings and performed maintenance as requested.

Inspection of my HVAC system found my old furnace was blowing unsafe levels of CO into my home and needed to be replaced. Also some of my duct work needed repair. The same day they later sent out a rep who found just the right system and then the following day they repaired my duct damage and installed my new HVAC system. It was all handled quickly and professionally and everyone from Casteel who came to my home were friendly and professional.

The new electrical lines were run properly and the HVAC duct work was completed successfully. No problems with the new Water Heater either. The thing to know about Casteel is that the company does not offer drywall repair services. This is a large gap in their product offering so if you need major work done you'll need to find a drywall repair company to help. I found JT Painting Services at 678-927-0269 do an amazing job with Drywall repair. I have spackled/popcorn ceilings and after JT Painting was finished it's almost impossible to tell that there was ever a series of holes cut in the ceilings.

Perfect! Larmar did a fantastic job by replacing the main plug (which seems to be connected to the other three) and got our electric outlets all working quickly and efficiently. He explained things well and provided excellent service.

very minor (as it turned out) repair needed to heating system. Sam (Casteel) was honest and only did what was necessary. Very much appreciated!

Fixed on the second visit. The first visit he found another issue, which did need replacing and was not expensive, There was also another issue that was a loose connection in the actual thermostat which he diagnosed immediately and fixed.

Our technician, Sean, was extremely polite and professional. He explained everything and followed up on time and within budget. He was a good guy and we appreciated his easy going demeanor and trust.
