Casteel gave me same day service. I received a text, with Edgar’s picture, saying he would arrive soon. Edgar arrived and he promptly found the problem, told me the price, and service was complete. He was professional, very kind and I would call on him again when needed.

Michael was very professional, did a great job. The price was exorbitant. Over $200.00 to cut a hole in drywall and shine a light to check for leaks.. Fortunately there were none.

Great experience...Mike did a very thorough inspection and was able to quickly address all items needed to fix our HVAC.

This was the first time my system had been serviced since I moved in almost a year ago. John had found that my AC unit had a clogged drain line and he was able to solve the issue. It took some work and it was a very hot day, but I feel confident he fixed it properly. He also noticed the AC didn’t have an emergency shut off valve on the drain line and he installed one.

The two teams arrived on time and coordinated work on both systems. They worked efficiently and left the house clean and neat. Matthew was excellent and very responsive to all ourquestions and also paid a follow up visit. He was knowledgable and pleasant. The systems appear to work well so far.

Sean of Casteel was on time, organized, friendly, and tidy in his work. Very happy with the way the job went and the work that was performed. While he was onsite, he also repaired a wiring problem with an overhead light.

Everything was replaced and works great now. Terry and his guys were very professional, taking the time to explain every detail of what was wrong and how much it would cost so that I could decide what I wanted to have done. I have a very old house, so I expected there to be issues with the breaker box. There was absolutely no pressure involved when it came time to decide what needed to be repaired. Anytime that work was done in areas that I couldn't directly see (i.e. the wiring in the attic), multiple before and after pictures were shown to me. We have used Casteel in the past for our Heating/AC, and would also highly recommend them for any electrical issues you might have
