$89 for service call, plus over $300 to install $12 part to make unit run before diagnosis can be made, I sent him on his way after paying the $89 service call, I personally purchased the part and replaced it, NEXT...

Awesome, Brian did a great job and made sure we new everything that was done, use/operational information etc.

Told me I was wrong, that the entire system needed replacing when indeed (after a second opinion) learned that the Blower Motor needed to be replaced. I find it deplorable that someone would try to sell you something that was thousands of dollars when a few hundred dollars of repairs would suffice. I feel like this company is unethical and dishonest and am VERY disappointed with the service performed. After 5 minutes the guy decided that I needed to meet with a design consultant in order to see what my options were for a new system (expensive, very expensive or obscenely expensive). I really get annoyed when people take advantage of other people. I wonder how many people they trick into this sort of repair.

The technician accurately identified the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied with his knowledge and work.

Quick and easy repair by Casteel - always great to work with. Not the cheapest around but reliable, great technicians and they do their best to get your service done as quickly as possible, even in the busiest time of the year.

We have been using Casteel for over 8 years. In the past couple years, we always request Daniel to be the tech that comes out to our home. He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and is very good at explaining what is going on. He comes out twice a year for our maintenance and does any repairs that we need. It's nice to know we have a great tech that we can truly trust. Each time I speak with someone at the office for scheduling or any questions, they are extremely pleasant and very helpful.

Unit needed replacement. I had the company out a few days later to do that work.

Ricardo showed up on time and quickly got to work. He found a couple of small issues with our downstairs unit. He explained those well and provided me with solutions. We agreed to do two of the three recommended items. It was about to storm and I was concerned about him being outside, but he got right on completing the repair and finished before the rains came down. Great job!

Excellent. We bought 2 fans to install. Inside perfect. Outside we bought damp/outside rated. Did not know we needed wet fan. Joel recognized this and we bought correct fan and now works great Also pointed out that wiring not safe and corrected. It was corroded. Reviewed everything and then completed work professionally

My 3 year old home had an improperly installed AC circuit board and dampers. I was already past warranty and with summer here, my AC unit began to struggle, then eventually it shut off. Cole was my professional technician who did my estimate and repair. His superb assessment and fair estimate with a parts breakdown itemization was quick. Service was completed three days later when parts were available (over a weekend). Thanks for cooling my home Cole and hopefully I see you for the semi-annual follow up.

Fantastic. Raymond is very thorough and attentive. Was very punctual and put his full attention to my problem and didn’t rush through the repair. Casteel is honest and up front with pricing. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Even though their rep told me I needed a smaller unit, unlike what I already have and what the other quality companies based their quotes on, Casteel's estimate was more than $1,000 over the company we when with. Casteel was the highest of any of the 4 quotes we received.

There is no one who gets as excited about getting a new electrical outlet to hide ugly electrical cords as me. But Hayden, the electrician, he totally understood! Ha! He did a great job, was quick and didn't leave a mess. And he was friendly. We always get great service from this company.

There is the wrong description - this company doesn't have FREE ESTIMATE on your AC problem. It should be changed.
